We were staying for 4 nights. First night was incredible and then with every night it was getting worse. The apartment itself looks amazing and the rooms are really spacious. We especially liked double rain showers. BUT: - there are cracks in the doors so you can hear everything outside & inside of the room really well - eating breakfast with strangers sitting next to you at the same table is not ideal so we tried to avoid being in the living room in the morning - the pastry 🥐 was either really good or burned & undercooked depending on the day - some yogurts were way out of date, there’s a picture of one expiring 23.04 that was served on 9.05

You do not feel like you are in a big and very busy city like Paris. The apartments are an oasis of calm with very good soundproofing and lovely view of tranquil gardens in the lounge, kitchen area. If you like privacy, this place is a no brainer. The apartments are beautifully decorated with a touch of Parisian charm and elegance. Michelina is an excellent manager and the rest of the staff also very attentive.

Spent 2 nights here in September and it’s our new favorite place to stay. Rooms are large and modern, with a fantastic balcony. There is a shared common area with a large living room and kitchen to use. Breakfast is served daily. And the staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent especially if you want to be near Rue St Honore. I’d imagine this is also a great place to stay if you are visiting as a large group or extended family. All in all, a great stay in Paris!

La Source apartment is beyond expectation. It’s kind a boutique residence, with an amazing service. The apartment had butler who served us breakfast every morning also cleaning our room everyday. I really had a great time with Pascal, his service was amazingly good. I kinda miss him. The design of the apartment is fancy and modern. And it’s very spacious, every room has a bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The amenities and all details of what we need are very complete. David as the manager of the manager is very communicative with us, he’s make sure in every detail of what we need before we arrive. The location of this apartment is close to everything and the district is very safe. I would highly recommend this apartment to all my friends. And would definitely stay there again. Thank u for making our stay memorable at La Source.

We had an excellent stay. Wasn't sure what we booked at first. Felt like we had a massive apartment at first. Rooms we're large clean and had all that you need. Service was excellent from before even landed. Cedric and Pascal made everything smooth and easy. Great breakfast too. Short stay but will be back.

It was an amazing stay in La Source! I want to thank the host Charlotte for making everything possible! She was amazing and solved anything. The contact was so easy and you could always reach her trouhg wasapp! The Source is a big recommandation its not easy to find such an ecxellent clean nice flat in paris for this price! You can drink wine have breakfast and take advantake of the kitchen which is alwalys full such a lovely place. Its a very nice area and you are everywhere very fast by feet and also by metro everything is near by. It was a beautiful short trip we will be back 100%

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I had booked this place through Booking.com and received several confirmations via WhatsApp and email, with links asking me to complete check-in steps. Everything seemed organized until I arrived. There was absolutely no one there. No reception, no bell, no staff, and none of the phone numbers worked. I stood there with my luggage, completely alone. No one ever answered my calls or messages, not even later. I ended up crying on the street and had to find another hotel on the same day which completely ruined my trip and left me traumatized throughout my stay. It felt like a ghost place unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely unreliable. I paid through Booking.com and received nothing in return. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. They kept sending me random links on WhatsApp completely outside of Booking.com asking me to “choose my room” and pay an extra €10 or €20 for an upgrade. I don’t even believe those links were legitimate. Why would they need my card details again, through WhatsApp, for a room that doesn’t even exist? It felt completely unsafe and unprofessional.
