We had a travel agency book our stay in Paris. Our most important priority was that it should be a good trip as a family, as we are not used to travelling. This hotel is not family friendly! Here is extremely sound. The air conditioning is noisy and cannot be turned off. There was 1 knife and 5 forks as cutlery. Seating for 2 (we are a family of 4). It is very dusty here. There is moisture damage in the bathroom (perhaps mould). Our room did not look at all like what we have seen in the pictures. Hotel rooms? I don't think there is anything here. Our travel agency contacted the hotel, but the hotel could only complain that the room did not meet our standard. I am really sorry about this experience. It is NOT pleasant to be here. The only positive thing is that it is quite centrally located.

No air conditioning in any rooms. The rooms are super super small. Much smaller than you are thinking. The fan on the ceiling barely worked and didn't blow any air down on you. No front desk, no concierge, big bottom to the main entrance door so you have to lift luggage up over it. Super tiny elevator that fits one adult and 1 piece of luggage max. This is a very low end Airbnb not a hotel by any means. Do not stay here, there are plenty of actual hotels by the Lourve.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are offering people $80 on Booking.com to remove their 1* reviews. I have evidence of this as I recorded a phone call in which they offered it. They couldn't offer us check-in at the promised time of 3pm, and so we had to book somewhere else last minute. *UPDATE* their response says they will look in to it; they have no interest in looking in to it, they just want to look like they care. Dans leur réponse, ils disent qu'ils vont se pencher sur la question ; en réalité, cela ne les intéresse pas, ils veulent simplement donner l'impression de s'en soucier.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The location is truly amazing,everything you need is within walking distance, and most places can be reached in just 15–20 minutes. Even if you want to walk into Paris, it’s about a 30-minute walk, and the city is very walkable, so there’s really no need to use public transportation when staying here. During one of the mornings there was a power outage, which was completely beyond the hosts’ control. Nevertheless, they handled the situation very professionally and kindly offered us a full breakfast the following day as an apology, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay with an excellent location and thoughtful hosts. We would definitely recommend it.

Very good location if you just want to go out and be right in the centre. We had issues with our room: door wouldn’t open and couldn’t get to our things. Staff kindly gave us another room but without our things (+no charger!!!) we couldn’t do anything and basically lost a day and had to cancel reservations. Handyman apparently thought it wasn’t urgent. And horrible smell in the hallway

I wouldn’t recommend that property even though it is located in one of the best neighborhoods in central Paris. Their rooms are overlooking a shaft with a strong smell of gutter, facing walls on each side, feeling like a jail, there is no natural light and the premises are not kept in neat condition. We tried to explain them that we wouldn’t stay as it is not reflecting the pictures posted on booking.com, and the useless and late replies from the management didn’t make us feel considered at all. The very least would have been to properly handle our concerns and be more professional about how to treat their clients. I would advise to book other properties over this one, where the overall experience was very negative and so disappointing. The only thing they came up with was to offer a cheap compensation if we were to withdraw our comment from booking.com. Poor customer service and final note: we’ll pay you if you remove your comment. Pathetic. I hope this review will help others not to get into such unpleasant situation while staying in Paris.

WS Louvre Casanova - WS ROOMS: Unacceptable experience - Bed bug infestation We stayed one night at this property in June 2025, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. The next day, my partner and I discovered multiple bed bug bites. We immediately contacted the property, which acknowledged the issue by phone and promised compensation. Since then, despite multiple follow-ups by email and phone, we have received no concrete solution. More than a month has passed, and all we get are vague responses about "waiting for a manager's approval", with no regard for the serious inconvenience we suffered: itching, stress, sleepless nights, and the fear of contaminating our home and belongings. Booking.com was informed but has not provided a resolution either. I strongly advise against booking this place. It shows a complete lack of accountability and care for guests, even in the face of serious health concerns. PS: The roof fan doesn't cool at all. On the other hand, it distributes dust throughout the room.

A particularly bad experience! We stayed at this hotel after a tiring day and found that the kitchen utensils were covered in oil stains and fingerprints, and the fan could not be used when the lights were turned off (which means you either have to leave a light to use the fan, which greatly affects sleep quality). The worst thing is that when you just lay down, you found blood stains on the bed sheet and blanket, which is the most basic hygiene bottom line. This hotel cannot even do this well. Please do not stay. I was also deceived by the pictures on the website. There are many better hotels to choose from at such prices, and this hotel is simply a disaster.
