We had great stay! I’ve used Citizen M for work travel but never as a couple. Was a little concerned as we know rooms are smaller but this was a great stay for a couple. Close to metro and you can get everywhere fast. Thing I love about citizen M is you get 4 star hotel quality for cheaper than most 4 star options… as long as you can handle the room size. The beds are 10/10. The common areas, patios and roof top bars are always great for chilling and the staff are always 10/10 fun, positive and outgoing. Big shout out to Edwina and Victor on the night shift, they were awesome! Thanks for a great weekend!

Location is very convenient. Concierge service was good. We stayed for 2 days 1 night and the hotel provides necessary toiletries (no toothbrush). Overall, I will recommend this hotel for people who just going Paris for a short stay. (Max 2 nights)

I recently stayed at citizenM Paris Champs-Élysées, and while the location is outstanding, the room itself had several drawbacks. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Paris’s most popular monuments, excellent shopping, and a great mix of local French and American restaurants, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. However, the rooms are extremely small. The bed is pushed against the wall, so you have to climb in and out from the foot of the bed. The mini refrigerator is very small and doesn’t hold much, and there is no microwave. There is also no luggage rack, making it difficult to store or access your suitcase comfortably. One design feature to be aware of is the bathroom layout. The sink is located in the main room outside the enclosed bathroom, so be careful when opening the bathroom door—it can easily hit someone standing at the sink. Overall, the unbeatable location is the hotel’s biggest advantage, but travelers who value larger rooms or additional conveniences may find the accommodations too compact.

Fabulous location. You have the hype and glam of the Champs, but walk a few streets back it starts feeling real. Rooms are tiny, but very functional & cosy. The bed is superb. Locating two suitcases is challenging so next time I'll unpack what i need and put the empty case into storage. The shower has great pressure and the water is piping hot. The croissants are the best I've eaten anywhere. Worth going back just for them. Rooftop bar is gorgeous. The staff, they are truly amazing. We suffered a massive power blackout in the area and the staff went beyond and above the call to ensure we remained comfortable. We ended making makeshift beds in the courtyard and had a sleep. Woke up at 4am to find the hotel empty. They then offered us a room at the Hyatt until the power returned - and payed for our cab fare. I can't commend the staff enough. I hope they're being paid well - they deserve it.

Great hotel. It’s self service which i enjoy. You check in on a little tablet and can do everything on your own but there is someone from the staff ready to guide you if it’s your first time at a citizenM hotel. They explain to you everything about the accommodation and how it works. They have plenty of comfy space to chill and work from. The hotel lay out feel quite social and you can meet people which is nice. This is one of my new favorite hotels. The room is fully digital and easy to maneuver via the app. The room is super compact but has everything you need handy. It kinda forces you, in a good way, to chill in the common areas. The only downside was that I was next to the elevator and that there was sort of pressure which would vibrate my door. No biggie though. The staff was superb and very nice. Rare to find in Paris unless you are paying € 1,500 a night.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had a confirmed reservation through a third-party booking platform, but my flight was cancelled by the airline due to circumstances completely beyond my control. I immediately contacted the hotel, provided proof of the cancellation, and requested assistance, flexibility, or an alternative solution. Unfortunately, the hotel showed no willingness to help and refused to provide any meaningful support despite the exceptional circumstances. The amount involved was significant, and I was left feeling that customer care and fairness were not a priority. Hospitality is not only about providing rooms; it is about supporting guests when unexpected situations arise. Sadly, that was not my experience here. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise travelers to be cautious when booking this hotel, especially through third-party platforms. If you face a flight cancellation or other travel disruption, you may risk losing a substantial amount of money without receiving any flexibility or assistance. I cannot recommend this hotel based on the way my case was handled.

We had a great stay at citizenM Champs Elysees. It’s in a very good location, and the rooms and common areas were clean. We checked in at night and were welcomed by Anass and Maud. They were very friendly and made us feel at home throughout our 9 days there. In fact, the entire night staff was exceptional and I appreciate how they treated us. The day staff was good as well, but they were a bit inconsistent (it took a couple requests for them to replace our soaps, and communicate accurate information about room cleaning). We will definitely stay here again.

The perfect hotel for this solo traveler! I was particularly impressed with the front desk staff. Very helpful with everything I needed, from booking taxis to zipping up a dress! Mimie and Cheryaya made my visit very pleasant. The room is small, but to be expected for a prime location in a major European city. I loved the iron room on each floor and the ample seating in common areas. I loved walking to Laduree, the Adidas flagship store and many others. I also walked to the Arc de Triomphe. I ended up taking an uber to Louvre and Eiffel Tower, then walked back to the hotel. The wetroom/shower is something you have to be careful with as the water won't drain from the toilet side. It's a bit of a design flaw.
