Château Voltaire made my time in Paris feel extra special. I stayed in Room 26, and it was beautifully done—the bed was super comfortable, and the bathtub was such a treat after long days out exploring. Every detail in the room felt thoughtful and well-designed. The staff were incredible—so warm and attentive. I really felt looked after the entire time. I also enjoyed a visit to the spa, which was calm and relaxing, a great way to unwind. Dinner at the restaurant was a highlight—delicious, elegant, and beautifully presented. Breakfast wasn’t quite my favorite, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I didn’t get a chance to try the bar, but I’m saving that for next time. The location is perfect—central, stylish, and close to so much. I’d absolutely come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chic, comfortable place to stay in Paris.

Chateau Voltaire is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond for every little detail, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The rooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean, with a real sense of heritage and character that gave the whole stay a warm, welcoming feel rather than a sterile luxury-hotel vibe. It’s clear an enormous amount of care goes into every detail, from the design to the small touches throughout. We honestly couldn’t fault a single part of the experience, the whole team was attentive, warm, and professional throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel in Paris that combines genuine charm with flawless service, we can’t recommend Chateau Voltaire highly enough. We’ll absolutely be back. Finally, a big thank you to the concierge team. They made our stay so special.

We had an exceptional experience at Château Voltaire. What was meant to be a short stay in Paris unexpectedly became a very difficult few days when my husband was taken seriously ill and required emergency surgery. The kindness, care and generosity shown to us by the team at Château Voltaire during that time was extraordinary. The entire team treated us with such warmth, compassion and humanity. It is one thing for a hotel to be beautiful and provide excellent service; it is quite another to make guests feel genuinely cared for when circumstances become difficult. We are enormously grateful to everyone at Château Voltaire and very much hope to return one day under much happier circumstances. A truly special hotel, made exceptional by its people! As a side note, the Bellinis are delicious ;)

Loved my stay at Chateau Voltaire! The entire hotel was very cohesive with a chic design. I loved the art they had on the walls and everything from the staff’s uniform to the room key chain was designed and curated carefully. There were so many thoughtful details such as music playing on the radio when we arrived to the room, handwritten note welcoming us and cherries etc. We booked to use the spa and enjoyed the pool and sauna greatly, as well as the hot stone bed!

I loved my stay at Chateau Voltaire. A friend who stays there every time he’s in Paris recommended and his recommendation was spot on. The staff were great … professional and accommodating. The hotel was intimate and well designed. The location was very convenient for everything I wanted to do and see in Paris. I’ll definitely be back.

This is such a special hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and more. We arrived in Paris early, and our room was not ready, however, the concierge was able to offer us a spot in their spa to freshen up before exploring the city. The rooms were exquisite, well decorated and comfortable. The location was impeccable and good walking distance to nearly every restaurant and attraction. We were completely blown away by the hospitality, attention to detail and care everyone took to ensuring we have a lovely visit.

We had such a beautiful stay at Château Voltaire. The hotel has an incredibly warm and refined atmosphere, with a timeless Parisian aesthetic that feels elegant without ever being overly formal. Every detail feels considered, from the interiors to the smaller touches throughout the property. What stood out most was the staff and the level of service. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive and welcoming, and there was a real sense of care in every interaction. The service felt personal and effortless, which made the whole stay feel very special. The location is also exceptional. Château Voltaire is perfectly placed for exploring Paris, with so much within walking distance, while still feeling intimate and calm once you step inside. A beautiful hotel in every sense, but it was really the warmth of the team and the feeling of the place that made it memorable. We would absolutely stay again for our next trip to Paris.

Unfortunately, Chateau Voltaire is starting to age a little recently and you can start to see it in the details: bathrooms are no longer spotlessly clean, dust and marks from other guests visible in the room, towels ripped, etc. When we came in January, the spa was additionally also not clean enough, with a comically-large cold plunge added into the otherwise serene, luxurious space. It’s a great location and our sense was that the team is trying to be even friendlier than before. But at often €900+ per night on the weekends, the details (cleanliness/amenities) simply don’t justify these prices anymore.
