LOVE this hotel and the staff is amazing! Been here many times over the years. Always our go-to hotel. Clean rooms and nice beds. BEWARE however of third party booking sites that charge you outrageous fees! I am aware if this but still got caught which cost us a pretty penny more. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself but those other booking sites are a scam.

Very nice little hotel opposite the station, doesn't look anything special but it had everything you needed. Room is not hugh but functional and not feeling cramp. We have 2 big suitcases, opened it without any problem.. the pillow could be more comfortable though. Good fridge and a little kitchenette, staff are also nice

Stayed here with my partner for 5 days and found both the room and the amenities highly acceptable with high level of cleanliness. Bedroom very comfortable and the studio has good room for cases and well stocked crockery and cutlery. The position is fantastic for transport, entertainment and eating in, with local supermarkets, or out. 30 min walk to notre dame so not too remote. The staff were fantastic...particularly when I had the need for a medical service during the stay. Also, very secure with 24hr desk monitoring and a key card to let you into the front door. Highly recommend this place for your Paris stay.

A simple and nice hotel. There are several public transport sport within walking distance, a lot of cafes and several supermarkets. The room is relatively big and has everything that you may need. The staff is also very friendly and helpful in case there are any questions.

Enjoyed my stay! Room was clean and properly stocked with soap/shampoo/trash bags for own use. Also service was fantastic here - the front desk (shout out to the guy on night shift) took the time and care to walk us through the amenities and facilities clearly when we first arrived.

Based on the pictures alone this place has false advertising. Our rooms looked nothing like the pictures, and the furniture on the patio looked completely different. The service was absolutely terrible. One star is a stretch. If I could give it a 0 I would. One morning I tried to get a mug for my coffee as there were none left in our room. The lady behind the desk was extremely defensive. We went back and forth to the point where I had to leave the conversation because it wasn’t going anywhere. As I walked away the lady called me stupid. I just wanted a mug.

Very rude customer service at the front desk. Need good training how to behave with customer. Stayed here for 6 days, front desk lady is embarrassing to your business ( 20th May 2026, 6:30pm), either give good training to them or remove from the job, not fit at all, lot to learn. We are staying with full payment, not free. Do not want to post the photo 😇

Rooms are a little small but reasonably well equipped and quiet. Service is outstanding. Special mention of Diya and Lorenzo who were extremely kind and helpful. Excellent location near to 3 Metro lines and a main domestic bus and train terminal. Many nearby restaurants.
