Honestly, our stay here was disappointing. We stayed for 3 days, and there was no hot water, no kettle, and not even complimentary mineral water provided. The staff kept promising every day that the water heater would be fixed, but nothing was done until we checked out. We also didn’t feel safe or comfortable during our stay due to the noise around the hotel. Although the hotel is conveniently located near the metro, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful either. These are basic facilities and services that guests should be able to expect when paying for a hotel stay. Making promises without following through is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the facilities and service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Good functional hotel. 5 mins walk from effiel tower (or 10 mins with kids). You have to use the stairs but there aren’t that many so it’s ok, even with small kids.We had a double and there were 3 of us (1 adult 2 small children) which was a squeeze despite Trip saying this was a room for 3. Very well located though. There are cafes for breakfast all around the hotel.

I would like to share a fair, honest, and non-judgmental review based on our personal experience during our stay. Location – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, and train stations. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Accessibility – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for transparency The owner was upfront about the hotel not having a lift and that guests would need to carry their own luggage. While this was clearly communicated, it is something guests—particularly elderly people or those travelling with heavy luggage—should consider before booking. Room Size & Comfort – ⭐⭐ The room was quite small and felt crowded, although the bed itself was comfortable. Customer Service – ⭐⭐ Unfortunately, our experience with customer service was disappointing. We found one of the staff members, who was frequently working the evening/closing shift, to be quite unwelcoming and unhelpful when we raised concerns. We would have appreciated a more professional and accommodating approach. Room Condition & Housekeeping – ⭐ The room was extremely warm during our stay. There was no remote control available for the air conditioning, and when we asked about adjusting the temperature, we were unable to obtain a remote to make the room more comfortable. We also experienced a lack of regular housekeeping during our stay. Towels and bed linen were not changed, the room was not cleaned, and there were no suitable rugs or bath mats, which made the bathroom area potentially slippery and difficult to navigate when wet. The toilet also required better cleaning. Value for Money – ⭐⭐ Considering the price we paid, we expected a higher standard of room condition, housekeeping, and customer service. Overall The location is definitely a major advantage, particularly for visitors wanting to stay close to the Eiffel Tower and public transport. However, based on our personal experience, there were several areas that could be significantly improved, particularly housekeeping, room temperature, cleanliness, and customer service. I would recommend that elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties carefully consider the lack of a lift and the number of stairs before booking. Overall, unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standard we expected for the price, and we would personally choose different accommodation for our next visit to Paris.

First-time visitors to Paris, stay at this hotel and thank me later…… Located right opposite Dupleix Metro Station, this hotel is perfectly connected to everything. The Eiffel Tower is just a 15-minute walk away or one metro stop from the hotel. The lady at reception was incredibly kind and even allowed us to check in three hours early after a long flight which was incredibly helpful Although The rooms were small but were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Luggage storage is also available at a reasonable price, making it easy to explore the city hassle-free. Great location, wonderful hospitality, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Get what you pay for- absolutely fine. Looking at some reviews we may have got lucky with the bathroom (shower is a bit of a pain but as an adult it’s easy to be careful). Well located for the metro Dupleix line, walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Some decent cafes and patisseries close by. Room was clean

Dirty hotel, bed bugs in the room 204, over 10 different bed bugs on pillow and covers, we removed everything and just left the bedsheet and bed bugs were still there. Floor also feels very sticky and rarely cleaned. Luckily we only booked for one night. Does not deserve even 1 star.
