It has been a long time that I’ve had a hotel The staff was superb, sincere, helpful, and kind. The room was a masterpiece of personal touches, including great art and a record player. The shower was its own room not some stall fit it in in someway. The breakfast was terrific. The one dinner we had was very good the entire atmosphere felt like your most hip aunt decided to open a five star hotel, and make it warm, friendly and beautiful and a little quirky. Our stay frankly was perfect.

This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the marais! from the staff who treated us like family ( savvas, antony and all the girls at reception - in particlur Noemie) to the sales team led by Laura and Simon - i cannot speak highly enough of them. We had a deluxe room which was very spacious for Paris - and a great size bathroom ( slightly dark for my liking!) but stunning!! brekky was abundant and the position of this hotel caters for all travelers. Request a room nnot facing the street though as it can be slightly noisy late at night. All in all, i cant wait to get back :)

We went to have a drink at the outside terrace and my word the service was shocking. The staff are so busy admiring themselves (heaven knows why as they all seem to be The Costes cast offs!) that they forget they have customers who actually pay their salaries. Lets hope this place closes soon.

It was a pretty good experience overall, definitely serviceable for our honeymoon! The service was quite nice across the board and everyone was quite friendly/appropriately warm (despite what some other reviewers have said) and the rooms themselves are really cool--absolutely loved the record player and the general sound system of our deluxe room. I will say though that there were a couple of non-trivial issues with the room: 1. The bidet was pretty inconsistent in its operation and outright broke the last night we were there which was pretty unfortunate 2. we had a lot of feathers stick out from the mattress through the fitted sheet and they poked our legs/back at night 3. the lighting especially in the bathroom is quite dark as others have already noted. But honestly still had a great time and would probably stay here again, though not sure if i would splurge for such a nice room again if it's going to have those issues.

This is NOT a five star hotel in the classic sense. It may have checked all the boxes to be rated 5 stars by the tourist board. But it is really on par with a decent 3 star hotel and therefore is greatly overpriced and delivers a very superficial and quirky experience which is disappointing in many respects. We've stayed at true 5 star hotels all over the world and this is not even close. Price should be half what they are charging. Beds are not high quality which is really the most important thing. Lighting system in the room is a pain to figure out and operate. Towels are minimal and not high quality. Window treatments are IKEA quality and barely attached .... hate to leave a bad review but we wish we had been informed.

This is my favorite hotel in Paris! It’s just got the best vibe! The music that plays in the lobby and you have the option to play in your room sets the vibe. The interior design feels brilliant. If you love fashion, style, adult orientated, cool, Instagram worthy with the best 24 hour reception while your shop and hop galleries this is the gem you’ve been looking for.

We spent one night at this well located hotel in Marais. I did very little research other than a quick google search as we were walking around Paris so was delighted that we had a very nice executive room that was spacious, comfortable and had nice amenities. The room was clean but I still always wipe down things. We probably weren’t there long enough to really appreciate the room or the property so the price felt a little steep but such is real estate in Paris.

Excellent location, peaceful but very close to busy areas. Exceptional staff, friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Superior room was quite dark with confusing lighting control system with illegible switch labels. Slightly cramped room but main problem was lack of desk / surfaces on which to put things, especially in the bathroom. Water leaked from shower onto bathroom floor every time. Room was clean but musty smell in 5th floor corridor throughout stay, likely lack of ventilation. Air conditioning didn't cool the room enough leading to poor sleep quality. Interior design was great but sometimes at the expense of practicality, one example was in the bathroom, the towel rail was not large enough to dry two towels so they remained damp. Another example was the room key was a big fob with a leather tassle that you had to leave at reception on the way out and collect on the way in. Cool but cumbersome. Might try again on our next trip at a cooler time of year if a larger room is available at reasonable cost to see whether that resolves some of the issues, but otherwise would perhaps try somewhere else.
