We enjoyed our right night stay recently at Hotel Noailles. Located on a side street, the area is relatively safe and convenient to most of Paris, situated between two Metro stations. The room was standard small size, which is the norm for much of Europe, but it was very clean and well furnished, with a place to hang clothes, a safe, a shower and bathtub. The staff were very nice and most spoke English well, better than my limited French. Our sixth floor room had an interior balcony, which was very pleasant and quiet. The buffet breakfast was very good, although most of the time we ate elsewhere, out and about. The Louvre, Place de la Concorde, and the Grand Palace are all within a moderate walking distance .

Beautiful hotel close by to Opera and central Paris. |Room very clean and well appointed with a wonderfully comfortable bed geeat shower and sound proof walls|Decent little cafes locally for an unwind beer or reviving coffee. Metro station Quatre Setembre 2 minute walk. . Extremely helpful staff who attend the reception and who made our stay relaxed.|Can't comment on food because I booked room only. |If we visited Paris agaim would I be happy to stay here again? |Absolutely!

We stayed at this hotel for four days during our trip to Paris in June 2026. Pros Location The hotel is located about a 4-minute walk from Opéra Metro Station and around 6 minutes from Pyramides Metro Station. This makes it very easy to reach almost any part of Paris using public transportation. Many major attractions are also within walking distance, which is a significant advantage for sightseeing. I also found the area to feel safe. Most evenings I returned to the hotel around midnight and never experienced any issues. To be fair, I did not stay out much later than that, as spending the entire day exploring Paris usually left me exhausted by the evening. Cleanliness Overall, I found the hotel’s cleanliness to be satisfactory. Personally, bathtubs, shower curtains, and carpeted floors are never my preferred choices from a hygiene perspective. However, the housekeeping service was consistent, and the bed, linens, and headboards were always clean and well maintained. Staff The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was very convenient. I would also like to specifically thank Hakan and his brother Osman, two Turkish staff members at the hotel, for their kindness and attention. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Cons One thing I did not like was a note placed on top of the minibar asking guests not to use it for their own items. I found this somewhat unnecessary. If a room includes a minibar or refrigerator, I believe guests should be able to decide what they store inside it. I could understand such a policy if it were an electronic minibar that automatically tracks inventory, but that was not the case here. Another point was the €100 security deposit. I understand that hotels need to protect themselves against potential damages. However, considering that the average nightly rate is around €250, I personally felt that an additional deposit of this size was not really necessary. Overall Would I stay here again if I returned to Paris? Yes, I probably would. I found the room rates somewhat expensive, but to be fair, accommodation prices throughout Paris are generally quite high. Thanks to its excellent location and helpful staff, we left with a positive overall impression of the hotel.

Great stay at this hotel - staff was very friendly and always helpful. The room was available for check-in slightly earlier, sparkling clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

What can I say? 5 stars for the amazing personnel that was always so helpful, with great recommendations for food, attractions and all the rest. Kind, always with a smile! They made us feel more that just just costumers! I great Thank you to all of them!

The entire stay has been extremely disappointing. The room condition was very poor, with water leaking from the shower and flooding the room, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom floor tiles were loose and unstable, posing a safety hazard during our stay. The elevator was also in very poor condition and highly concerning, as it was used both by guests and for transporting garbage, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel of this standard. The breakfast experience was equally disturbing. The coffee machine was not functioning, and the cups had a strong unpleasant smell, making them unusable. I also observed serious hygiene concerns, as the same elevator used for waste transportation appeared to be used by staff during service operations. Furthermore, I saw staff handling and preparing food, including cutting fruit, without wearing gloves, which is highly unhygienic. Additionally, we were unable to sleep due to constant noise from the room above us, which made the stay even more unbearable. I also had a very serious incident with one staff member who behaved in a rude and aggressive manner, spoke disrespectfully, and threw the room key towards us in front of other guests. Despite the seriousness of this incident, the hotel never even attempted to apologize or properly address what happened. To make matters worse, the hotel charged a deposit from my card which has still not been refunded despite multiple complaints and providing official bank proof. I spent nearly $3000 on this stay, and honestly it felt like throwing money in the trash. The complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Golden Tulip Opéra de Noailles in Paris does not reflect 4-star standards. It is a dirty, poorly maintained property run by dishonest scammers. I have absolute and undeniable proof, including clear photos and videos, for every single issue mentioned below. When you expose them, they resort to public lies and personal attacks to cover up their failures.Here is the full, detailed truth of what happened, along with my direct refutations to their desperate excuses:The Maintenance Hazards & The "Dry Cleaning" Lie: The room had severe maintenance issues. Water leaked from the shower, flooding the bathroom floor. Some floor tiles were loose and unstable, causing actual cuts and injuries to our feet. In their response, they shamelessly denied the cuts. They also bragged about offering "complimentary dry cleaning." The truth is, their room flooded so badly that our clothes got soaked in dirty water. They did not "dry clean" them; they just threw our wet clothes in a dryer and returned them smelling absolutely foul, rotten, and ruined. I have full video and photo evidence of the flooded room, the broken tiles, and the ruined clothes.The Abusive Staff & My Elderly Mother: A staff member was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. He literally threw our room key at us in front of other guests. He then ignored us to speak to someone else while my elderly mother was visibly distressed, shaken, and became very unwell from the stress. They never apologized. Instead, they fabricated a lie in their response claiming we "verbally assaulted a disabled staff member" and that "other guests confirmed it." This is a disgusting, malicious inversion of the truth to gaslight a traumatized family.The Fabricated "Refund Pattern" Lie: To deflect from their incompetence, management invented a bizarre fiction claiming I requested refunds for stays in "another country" to show a "pattern." What I do or where I travel has absolutely nothing to do with them. This is a pathetic, highly unprofessional slander intended to distract future guests from their own scamming.Concerning Cleanliness & Food Hygiene: During breakfast, I observed a staff member handling and preparing food, including cutting fresh fruit, with bare, unwashed hands. The coffee machine was broken, and the cups had a foul, unpleasant odor. To justify this, the hotel quoted HACCP regulations to say gloves aren't required. This is a pathetic excuse for disgusting hygiene standards.The Garbage Elevator: The building only has one old, poorly maintained elevator. Guests are forced to share this tiny space with leaking garbage bins being transported by staff. It is a literal biohazard and shocking for a self-proclaimed 4-star hotel. I have visual proof of how disgustingly this elevator is maintained.Financial Theft (The Deposit Scam): I was clearly informed that a €100 deposit would only be pre-authorized. Instead, they actually charged and stole the money from my account, then unprofessionally told me to "deal with my bank." I have the official banking receipts proving they wrongfully charged the amount.This experience seriously affected my family's health, and we spent our entire trip avoiding the hotel because we felt unsafe and uncomfortable returning to it. They are unprofessional, untruthful, and vindictive. I have submitted all my photo and video evidence and filed official complaints with the booking platforms. Avoid this garbage property at all costs.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. This hotel is staffed 24 hours a day, so you can go in and out freely in the morning and at night. If there is no staff in the middle of the night, press the bell to respond. "We stayed in a room with no view, but we were satisfied because we weren't looking for it." "They cleaned my room every day, so I could spend a comfortable time."
