As a baseline what I need from a hotel is a clean bright room, a very comfortable bed to cater for older bones, a good breakfast with variety, ( the buffet breakfast was excellent & always restocked) good location and importantly friendly helpful staff. 44b Astotel delivered on all fronts. Additionally, the decor in the lobby and lounge rooms downstairs was funky, yet elegant with huge skylights, making it a great space to retreat from the hot summer sun. The minibar in our bedroom was free & refilled daily. There were multiple types of croissants, snacks, and hot & soft drinks, free and available most of the day to help yourself to, and people seemed to treat this extra with respect. The aircon everywhere was excellent. Lovely crisp cotton sheets were much appreciated in those hot nights. The staff chatted and were helpful with any queries. Victor, in charge of the dining area, was so kind and friendly, making breakfast time a real treat. I admit to being picky, I notice the detail, and I can say, hand on heart that this hotel was 5/5 in every respect and good value for money as we booked months in advance. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. If you want to eat delicious authentic French dinner , visit Bistrot Rougemont, just 3 mins walk away, and the excellent reviews were all justified.

Very good position and there are so many good restaurants around, strategic position to be the first in line for Boullion Chartier where there’s always a long queue. There’s a great pace for crepe, Thai restaurant Bien Bien and Miznon. Mini bar is free and will be refilled daily including badoit and Evian. There’s coffee and soft drinks daily from 14.00 and guests could access drinks at other hotels of the same chain, which is a great plus.

I spent 4 nights at the 34b hotel with my daughter and we really enjoyed it. The twin room was very clean and comfortable with great air con during the heatwave. |The breakfast was plentiful and delicious- we enjoyed the cheese selection especially. We appreciated the drinks and light snacks available too and the generous free drinks in our minibar. |The location is superb- quiet at night but close to cafes, shops and bars on every corner. It’s a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro. You can also walk to other areas easily and safely. We would definitely return.

Great hotel. Clean, bright rooms and comfortable beds. We stayed in connecting rooms with teenagers and we all had plenty of space. Lots of cafes nearby and a monop downstairs. The complimentary mini bar was well stocked every day and being able to visit other hotels when we were out and about was perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage available and we used this facility before check in. The room was good, comfortable bed and the shower was great. Also quiet at night and the room was a good temperature. The fridge was handy and the free water and juice was appreciated. Unfortunately their breakfast selection for me was very limited as I am vegan and coeliac, but I was able to get gluten free toast and some soya and fruit pots. The afternoon free soft drinks and snacks again were very limited in what I could have, but the selections at other hotels within the chain were more diverse. The unique thing about staying at an astotel hotel is that you get access to the free bar in the afternoons at each hotel for various snacks and soft drinks. The selections did vary tremendously in variety and quality from hotel to hotel, with some being much better than others, but overall a good selection and nice touch. Each of the hotels has a different theme, which was fun to discover

A very nice hotel, which provides a point of relaxation in the middle of the busy streets of Paris. The room we had was wonderful for a family, with 1 room for the kids and 1 for me. Very clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. You practically hear nothing from the street, when you keep your windows shut. And with the airconditioning it is also very comfortable in summer. |With the metro closeby and the complementary drinks and snacks in the afternoon, it makes a very good and affordable base to explore Paris from.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the hotel. Our duplex room was perfect for a family of four—spacious and even larger than we expected. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. The complimentary soft drinks in the room were a thoughtful touch, especially after a long day out. While the room could use a bit of updating and minor repairs, it has a charming character that we really appreciated. The service was friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was good—perhaps not a huge variety, but more than enough to start the day well. The complimentary drinks and snacks are a great idea; however, it would be helpful if staff reminded guests not to refill personal water bottles at the snack bar. Some people were placing their bottles too close or in contact with the “big bottles”, which isn’t very hygienic. That said, this isn’t the hotel’s fault—and Paris tap water is perfectly safe to drink, so guests can easily refill bottles in their rooms. The location is excellent. You can walk to Montmartre, the Opera, Galeries Lafayette, the Louvre, and more. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, including great spots for crêpes, and the neighborhood has a lovely, authentic French feel. We would definitely return to this hotel—or try another property from the same chain. We even stopped by one of their other locations for coffee and a quick break after a Moulin Rouge show!

Very clean rooms, noise level is totally ok, all emloyees were very kind. Location is very good, near to metro, around were a lot of restoraunts and caffes. In the room we had a mini bar, and every day we were given us a 5 different drins for free. Highly recommended!
