A Completely Unprofessional Establishment That Puts Profit Over Guest Safety! If you value your safety and want a hotel that actually communicates, DO NOT book here. We booked this hotel for our very first trip to Paris. A week before our arrival, major protests erupted right outside and around the property. I immediately reached out to voice my concerns, only to receive a completely dismissive "you will be fine" email. As the days passed, the situation worsened to the point where official curfews were enforced in the area. I emailed them again, explaining that I was deeply concerned for my family's safety, and asked if we could cancel or at least reschedule our dates. Up until this moment, they have completely ignored my messages. The lack of communication is staggering and cowardly. When I contacted Trip.com to intervene, the hotel flatly denied our request and refused to come up with any solution . It is clear that this establishment has zero regard for human safety or customer service. They are willing to put a family in harm's way just to keep a booking fee and a profit. I highly suggest you stay far away from this place.

The hotel staff were friendly. The room was small but fine if you want to use it as a base to explore. It has double bed (comfy) and small area for hanging and storing clothes (could maybe do with more storage under shelf area to make better use of that space), a safe, tv and en suite with a rain shower (lovely). The room was serviced every day and very clean. We didn’t try the gym or breakfast (extra cost for breakfast). It was good value for Paris. All in all would recommend.

Good hotel but they ripped us off during check-in. We arrived at this hotel in a distressed state after finding the studio we booked uninhabitable because of paint fumes, then trying to book another place on booking.com.and being scammed. We then found this hotel on booking.com...One of only affordable hotels with a vacancy. Couldn't book online so decided to walk there in the heat and book in, in person. When we arrived, they had a room for the 10 days we wanted, at the booking.com rate. After a very slow 20 minute check-in, we were told 'no. we haven't got a room for you after all. People on booking.com have now booked the hotel out while you were booking in'. WTF!!!. We couldn't believe it. So the owner, on the end of the line to the reception person, offered us 2 nights at his friend's newly renovated apartment for EUR300 a night, then a stay in his hotel, for a greatly increased rate per night from the original rate on booking.com and quoted to us st check-in'. Talk about predatory and opportunistic greed. He knew we were desperate and pounced A depressing indictment on human behaviour!!!! We were very grateful for the 'emergency accommodation' at the friend's apartment.. The apartment's owner came and picked us up... but didn't enjoy the wet sheets ..still being dried after washing in preparation for guests the following week. We stayed at the hotel because Paris was full The room was good. Clean, quiet good aircon, well located. We didn't have the poor quality breakfast. Mass produced croissants, bread, jam, yoghurt. Even though the accommodation at this place is good, I can't recommend it because of our truly awful check-in experience. The greed grated

I passed an absolute amazing night in Paris. I did gym and washed my clothes. Plus the greatest thing is you have a dispenser water and coffee all day at your disposal for free.

Very nice Location and the Hotel Room was very nice especially the bathroom. But the girl at the reception was kinda rude, first of all she says “no sorry your name is not on here” before i even told her my name. When she’s getting asked some Questions she always answers in a bad mood But the rest was very nice would come again

Literally the only downside was a small room - other than that the hotel was perfect. Huge free left luggage lockers, quiet street, great for metro. We chose it mainly because close to three gluten free food places (my daughter is coeliac).

Clean, tidy, and safe basic hotel in the heart of Paris, perfect as a “home base.” I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights while 8 months pregnant and transitioning between housing for renovations. The hotel, room, bedsheets, and bathroom were all very well maintained and spotless, with daily housekeeping. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent and provides easy access to anywhere in Paris. — American living in Paris for over two years

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s Paris and the rooms are small yes. Get used to it or pay 500€ a night in centre of Paris. The rooms are cosy and very clean. It’s just enough for 2 people staying for a weekend in Paris. The location is perfect right next to Republic with a cute bakery on the corner. The receptionists are very friendly and the room service is good. You can leave your luggage in lockers downstairs in the modern basement. The area is safe and cool, accommodating many cafes and restaurants. If you’re expecting Ritz treatment with 35sm rooms then pay it. If you’re looking for a cute room to stay as a couple for a few nights in Paris for a good price and a really good location then this is the right place.
