We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was smooth and well organized from the moment we arrived. The staff were kind, professional and always helpful. I also think the comments about the rooms being too small are exaggerated,the room size was perfectly fine for us. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Speaking of cleanliness, the whole hotel was spotless. You can really tell they care about the guest experience.

The room was stunning but definitely on the smaller side (my specific room). But I loved being there. Everything felt so sophisticated and luxurious. Because of the size of the room, when opening our suitcases we had no choice but to put it on the bed because there isn’t much floor space… this wasn’t an issue for us, but I can see how one might not love putting a potentially dirty suitcase on the bed. The location was unmatched with the arc de triomphe right around the corner and amazing food options all around the place. The public transport is so close as well, so it was very easy for us to explore. The one thing I would warn you about is the shower. I did think the provided body wash was a little small (two small tubes were provided) so I think depending on your stay, bring your own so you don’t feel you have to ration. Also be wary about the shower. It is small and water will get pretty much everywhere, it’s pretty unavoidable but it wasn’t much of a problem. I honestly loved this place and missed it instantly after checking out. 100% would come back!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help — a special thanks to Damia, Nassim, and Yasmin. The location is perfect, giving easy access to all the seaside spots. The hotel and rooms are fresh, clean, and very comfortable. On top of that, the price is excellent. This was my second time here, and it definitely won’t be my last!

We stayed here as a family with 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were traveling from norway - Amsterdam- Brussels and finally Paris. We were exhausted from the train rides and were really looking forward to checking in at our hotel to have a nice rest; however it was rather a surprise for us. First we came to hotel and saw the entrance door with long stairs going up, not sure why I never saw any review about this so we had to carry our bags all the way up to the reception. Then we were greeted by a not so nice lady, she sounded almost rude in verifying the details of our reservation. She looks as if she was more tired than us who were traveling from Brussels. Now to the rooms - I was given room numbers that were starting with 5 and 6 so I was thinking we were on 5th and 6th flr, but to our surprise, the lift was only til 5th. So we went out and saw that there was a stair case at the end of the hall which will lead to the room on the 6th. So again we had to carry our bags and go around the steep stairs. I had both my senior parents with me so it felt quite dangerous. The receptionist also did not explain these and just handed out the keys to leave us figuring out on our own. Another thing — although not sure this could be something that the hotel can fix, the water from faucet was boiling hot! It took almost 3-5mins for the water to cool down so we always had to wait before washing. Lastly — there were mosquitoes inside our room so I left with few mosquito bites on me. Overall the hotel was really clean and quiet so it’s not very bad but I hope they can focus and give attention to these things that make up the total guests’ experience

Lovely welcome, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and warm. Great sleep as no noise (although the view was terrible, but spent very little time in the room as there's so much to do in Paris)|Absolutely spot on location, a few minutes from the Arc du Triomphe and the Champs Elysee.|The bar next door is a great place to sit and watch the world go by. Great beer.|Great value. Would highly recommend. |Thank you.

Very clean room and a great location. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but everything you need is nearby. All the staff were very friendly, and the rooms stayed nice and cool during the heatwave in Paris.

We booked a family room for 4 adults. There was a double bed and double sofa bed. The room was clean and tidy. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. The man at reception was super friendly and helpful. Great location and very reasonably priced. We would stay there again 😊

Arrived at the hotel with may bags. There’s a staircase leading up to the reception area. We went up to the receptionist who was sitting at the desk. We asked for help with our bags and she said that it’s just her. Her attitude and tone was incredibly rude. She was not welcoming. I asked to speak to a manager she said she cannot contact the manager since it’s the weekend. We have four big bags and it’s impossible to take them up the stairs by ourselves since they are 25kg each. This should be advertised in the hotel booking. I saw many people mention that the staff was friendly to them so I can only assume that they are only friendly to a certain skin tone since we are black.
