Response from the property
Dear Mrs. Jonas, Thank you for your feedback. Allow me to clarify a few points. Our hotel does offer parking spaces; however, these are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. As indicated on our website, we have a limited number of spaces for the entire hotel. Furthermore, even if a space had been available, access would not have been possible in your case due to the height of your vehicle, which exceeds the parking’s restrictions. I would also like to confirm that, in Paris, parking facilities accommodating vehicles with a height of 2 meters or more are limited. The nearest suitable option is located at Rome Batignolles. With best regards, Romain Graff Hotel Operations manager

The hotel's own restaurant, Le Victoria, serves French cuisine, and the Relais Bedford bar-lounge is right next door for drinks and lighter meals. For more options, the Madeleine district is packed with places like Madie for French dishes, Moxi for Chinese mo sandwiches, and Yeni for Turkish mezze. You can also walk to the Marché Aguesseau food shop just a minute away for fresh supplies. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and cafés within a short stroll.
The hotel sits in the Madeleine district, a central area known for the nearby Église de la Madeleine and the luxury boutiques of Faubourg Saint-Honoré. You are a short walk from the Opera, the department stores Printemps and Galeries Lafayette, and Place de la Concorde. The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, and Champs Élysées are also within walking distance, with Palais Garnier just 7 minutes away and the Tuileries Garden 12 minutes. The neighborhood blends business and leisure, with three metro lines and several bus lines nearby for easy connections. It is a practical, walkable base for exploring central Paris.
From Charles de Gaulle, take the RER B to Gare du Nord, then the metro to Madeleine station, a 3-minute walk from the hotel. From Orly, take the Orlyval to Antony, then RER B to central Paris and connect to Madeleine. The nearest metro station, Madeleine, is 170 meters away and serves lines 8, 12, and 14. From Gare de Lyon, line 14 connects directly to Madeleine in under 10 minutes. Taxis and ride-hailing are available at both airports, and a pre-booked transfer offers door-to-door convenience. The RoissyBus also runs from CDG to Opéra, about 500 meters from the hotel.
In the evening, the Madeleine district around the hotel is lively with dining and bars. The hotel's own restaurant and the Relais Bedford bar-lounge are right there for a relaxed meal or a drink. For a classic Parisian night out, the Palais Garnier is a 7-minute walk away, where you can catch an opera or ballet performance. The Tuileries Garden, a 12-minute walk, is a pleasant spot for a stroll after dark. If you want to explore further, the Louvre Museum is a 20-minute walk, and the area is well served by metro lines 8, 12, and 14 from Madeleine station, just 3 minutes away, to reach other evening spots.
Hotel De l'Arcade is a great base for exploring Paris on foot. You can walk to Palais Garnier in 7 minutes, Tuileries Garden in 12, Musée d'Orsay in 16, and the Louvre Museum in 20. For farther sights like the Arc de Triomphe (2.1 km) or Sacré-Cœur (2.2 km), you can use the nearby Métro Madeleine station, just a 3-minute walk away, to get around easily. The central location puts you close to the city's main attractions, making it convenient for both short walks and longer trips.
