Overall it’s a solid budget option in a really convenient area. The neighborhood feels safe and kinda walkable, cafés, restaurants, and shops are all around. I got a room on the highest floor, which was nice and quiet. It seemed like it had just been renovated, so everything felt quite new — though the fresh paint smell was a bit strong and slightly annoying at first. Still, free breakfast, working Wi-Fi, an elevator (very appreciated in Paris), and genuinely friendly staff made it great value for the price.

The hotel is small but clean and well lit! There is also a double front door which made me feel very safe as a female traveller. The room was appropriately sized and even had a small AC unit which was perfect for the warm summer. The owner was very kind and sweet and even made sure we got into our taxi safely on departure! Croissants were also delivered to our door on Sunday morning; waking up to the smell of fresh croissants was great - thank you for a lovely stay!

Thank you for a very pleasant stay! Pierre, on reception was so kind and hospitable, a real credit to your hotel. We felt safe; all the staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel rooms, although small, the aircon worked and were fine for a quick stay. The location is great, easy walking distance to everything. Great, all round! Thanks so much, Pierre!

Charming hotel just down the street from the Follies Bergere. Free breakfast of omelets and croissants, coffee and yogurt. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Modern bath facilities. And for a quick bite there is a spot a few doors down selling delicious sandwiches and quiche. His red smoothie is to die for.

If you're looking for a quiet, budget-friendly place to simply sleep, this might work—but don't expect more than the bare minimum. I’d describe it more as a place to crash for the night rather than a true hotel experience. The reception desk is only open from 8 AM to 11 PM, there are no phones or air conditioners in the rooms, and amenities are extremely basic. Suitable only if you're on a tight budget and don’t need much comfort.

The location could not be better. There are so many restaurants and shops around to entertain you for a year. The hotel staff was super friendly. The room was ok, clean. The beds were super comfortable. They wake you up every morning with the pleasant smell of freshly baked croissants they gently place behind your door for your enjoyment. I would return without hesitation.

The owner and his team of staff were lovely people. I first checked in on my own as a female solo traveler and felt very safe and welcome by them. Our room was also very clean and well-lit - definitely looked better than the photos on booking platforms. It also has a strong, small AC unit which kept us comfortable during the summer weather. Will definitely be happy to come back here again.

We took a quick three day trip tp Paris from Cagnes sur mer. For a 2.5-3* in the 2nd Arr in Paris this was fantastic value for money. Breakfast was included and the staff were extremely friendly. The old guy especially was my fave. Always up for a laugh and a joke. One of our favourite budget hotels in Europe. Location was great with Gran Boulevard Metro a few mintes walk. The choice for food within a 1k radius was fantastic. Bars, restaurants and shopping everywhere on "grands boulevards". Paris is always an easy walk so even a 30 minute stroll to the Seine was a pleasure.
