Lovely hotel! Great pillows, comfortable bed. Rooms came with 2 large bath towels, robes, slippers, tall bottle of water. The room was overall clean! The shower was so pretty! Decor was on point! Front desk staff were all kind and helpful.A few cons: noisy street, vacuuming in the evening was loud. Heavy footsteps and toilet flushing from the room above.

We had a very good stay at Hôtel L’Ormaie & Spa. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff were attentive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The hotel is very well maintained throughout. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is common in Paris, but they are comfortable, very clean, and well cared for. The breakfast buffet is fairly standard in terms of selection, but everything offered is fresh and good quality, so it is definitely worth including. The wellness facilities are also a nice addition. The sauna, steam room, and gym are more than sufficient to maintain a good workout and wellness routine while traveling. Overall, a very pleasant and well-run hotel, with good service, attention to detail, and everything needed for a comfortable stay in Paris.

I came to this hotel after having the worst experience ever at another hotel and let me tell you guys this place is beyond its rating. Staff was so friendly both of them really took their time to listen to my bad experience and explained everything about the hotel in so much detail and effort. They speak English as well for those wondering. They gave me additional information about everything and their timestamps throughout the day. Very kind staff The rooms are enough. They are small but what do you expect staying at a hotel in one of the most crowded cities in the world. For my experience it was so comfortable they provided me everything i needed. They also have a bed bug free certificate which was very relaxing to know of. Speaking of the location it was a 15 minute walk but trust me the location itsself is quiet so you can get your sleep peacefully and walk a little, its the perfect amount of distance from the tower to the hotel. It does not exhaust you at all and there are many restaurants nearby as well or on your way. I got the room with the view of the Eiffel Tower which i didnt even ask for but despite me not askjng for it, they still gave it which was so kind of them. I really want to thank everyone for this wonderfull experience and hope to come back soon again🤍🌷

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this small boutique hotel. it is conveniently located to many popular destinations for visitors to Paris. The staff (Nahian, Anne, Shana & Zein) was extraordinary. They helped us at every turn. The rooms were small but very clean, modern, and quiet. Can't wait to return to the Hotel L'Ormaie!

A truly positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers plenty of facilities: a spa, swimming pool, and gym, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The room was medium-sized, with a huge and extremely comfortable bed, and a truly beautiful bathroom. I also really appreciated the thoughtful in-room details: bathrobe and slippers, a coffee corner with a coffee machine and kettle, a hairdryer, and especially the clothes steamer, which was super useful! I was assigned a room on the first floor: not my preferred option, as I often had to keep the curtains closed to avoid people looking in, but overall it did not affect my stay. The included breakfast was very generous and enjoyable. Perhaps I would have appreciated a few more options for guests with gluten or lactose intolerance, but with fruit, muesli, bread, and jam, you can still have a good breakfast. The only small things I missed, compared with other hotels (even non-4-star ones) were a wardrobe, a larger desk to work at, and a toothbrush and toothpaste kit. Aside from this, the stay was very pleasant, and I would gladly return!

small room but very nice and overall great service here for 4 nights during the heat wave in June. AC worked well. had a great balcony on a quiet street in a GREAT part of paris that had a good balance between locals/tourists. Nahian and the staff were really helpful, got us into Museum Orsay and a Louvre ticket despite being sold out online the day-of. I'd stay here again 100 percent - breakfast was good, not really a bar or restaurant inside but within 5 yards of great parisian dining and cafes/bars. really a quiet street/hotel and other guests were respectful too. the way all hotels should be

This hotel and stay was absolutely amazing!! the staff, room, service and hotel overall was just brilliant. The team helped us celebrate our engagement and they went above and beyond, Marco and the entire team couldnt have done anything more! Love the cleanliness and style of the property. The spa is a welcomed surprise - bigger than expected!

Extremely disappointing stay. The photos online are very misleading compared to what we actually experienced. We were placed on the ground floor in a room that was extremely small and nothing like what was advertised. We initially asked the front desk if there was any possibility of switching rooms because we were unhappy with the room we were given, but we were told no and nothing was done to accommodate us. The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found multiple bugs in the room, including two jumping spiders on the bed, another spider in the bathroom, and fruit flies. On top of that, the room had a disgusting urine smell that we could not locate or figure out where it was coming from. It made the entire space feel dirty and extremely uncomfortable to stay in. Being on the ground floor also made the experience worse. At night, we could see people standing directly outside our room, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or have any privacy. The room also had poor sound insulation, and we could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway. On top of that, the AC was weak and barely cooled the room, which made it even harder to relax. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and absolutely not what we expected based on the photos and presentation online. Save your money and spend a little extra somewhere else where cleanliness, comfort, and guest experience are actually prioritized. We will not be returning.
