⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **A wonderful stay at the Queen Mary Hotel, Paris** We stayed at the Queen Mary Hotel for three nights and had a lovely experience. The concierge deserves a special mention — absolutely amazing! They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, local boulangeries and places to visit, which really helped us make the most of our time in Paris. We booked a triple room, which was spacious and very comfortable for the two of us. The bed was particularly comfortable, although the pillows were a little on the soft side for our personal preference. The location was great, too, with the nearest metro just a 3–4 minute walk away, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, a lovely hotel in a convenient location, with fantastic service and a concierge team who genuinely helped make our Paris trip extra special. We would happily recommend the Queen Mary Hotel to anyone visiting Paris!

We stayed here 3 nights and the king bed room we had was very spacious and bathroom was huge compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Reception/front desk personnel were very helpful and accommodating. We stored luggage in advance of check-in with no issues at all. Hotel was very quiet at night. The hotel is conveniently located to dozens of nice restaurants and several close by locations for brunch. Very clean rooms, great value considering location has convenient access to bus, metro, taxis.

wait in the lobby as they got the room ready - receptionist gave us all candies which my kids definitely enjoyed (family of 4). Everyone was super friendly, and room was a good size. Had a front room that had a pull out bed (which they had a setup for us) plus another loveseat. Then a 1 bedroom which was a good size. Everything was nicely updated and felt newly remodeled. The nespresso machine was a nice touch, and it was good to have a fridge. If you are tall, the room we had was on the 6th floor and while the dormers helped, the roof was slanted and the beams were low. We are not tall, but still needed to take care on the ceiling. It was also nice to have an elevator - it is very small. All 4 of us could not fit with luggage. The location was great, 5min from 2 different stations - plenty of markets and restaurants within a few minutes. They had 24/7 coverage at the front desk, and everyone was smiling and helpful - nice to know if I lost my key or had some issue, there was someone there. It also felt safe in the area - no worries for me any family of younger kids. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place and come back next time we were in Paris.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but the walls were thin and the doors were close together, so it was annoying when the guests next door were noisy.

Great location with an easy access to Printemps, Opéra, Pl. Madeleine … Quiet and charming! With kettle and minibar in the room so very convenient ❤️

When we arrived, with luggage in hand, we were greeted at the front door by the desk agent. Upon checking in he surprised us with a free upgrade to a deluxe room and we were extremely pleased with our accomodations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was spacious. We stayed in room 588, and had a nice little balcony to which each morning we would open the window to drink our espresso. The location of the property is tucked away in the eastern portion of the 8th arrondissement. The neighborhood is very quiet and there was a store nearby to get essentials and also a boulangerie right around the block to get your morning pastry. The location is very convenient, La Madeleine is a 5 minute walk, Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Gardens, and the Louvre are all about 20-25 minutes away on foot. If you need the public transport the Auber RER station is 5 minutes away, and there are other metro stations very close. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

The location is the best. It is an old building but clean and neat. The staff is really friendly and hospitable. It is 200 m. to the Madeline Metro station. It took 30 minutes from Orly Airport. Eiffel Tower is 2 km. long. Opera district is so peaceful.

Very average. Service was excellent, but generally the hotel is scruffy and not worthy of the claimed 4 stars. Although even this is unclear, sometimes I saw 4 stars, sometimes 3.
