Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service!We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The manager, Stefano, truly made our experience exceptional. When our luggage was delayed by the airline, he went above and beyond to help us — offering very practical advice on how to handle the situation, providing us with some essential items to use during our stay, and comforting us with kind and supportive words at a time when we were feeling quite frustrated. His professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a stressful start into a much more manageable experience.The hotel itself is clean, neat, and tidy, with rooms that are reasonably sized and well maintained. The location is absolutely perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (which makes shopping extremely convenient) and about a 20-minute walk to the Louvre Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, offering a great variety of dining options.We would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers — couples, families, and especially visitors who are not planning to drive, as everything you need is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport.Thank you to Stefano and the entire team for making our Paris stay so pleasant and memorable!

We had a fabulous time! The staff are all so lovely and were really great with my daughter. It was really easy to get to Disneyland Paris and the staff were delighted to see my 8yr return in her Belle gown. It was also really easy to get to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Versailles etc. The breakfast is fabulous and the rooms are really quiet and clean! There is an excellent pizzeria a few doors up the road and the metro is really close. It was a really great few days. Thank you for having us!!

This hotel is, without a doubt, my favorite place to stay in Paris. The staff are warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes every stay feel personal rather than transactional. The location is excellent too — just a short walk from a great shopping area and close to two beautiful churches, making it easy to explore the neighborhood on foot. I've been returning to this hotel at least once a year for over a decade, and it's never once let me down. I honestly wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Paris.

We booked a deluxe room at this hotel but instead we were given a classic one. Staff at the reception told me a few times at the time of the check-in that we had a 'luxe' room. When I saw the room it was definitely not 'luxe' - nothing like what you see on the photos that they have for their deluxe room and based on which we had made the booking. Apart from that, this deluxe room didn't have simple toiletries, a kettle or an iron. If this was a deluxe room I really would like to see their classic room. The following morning when I asked if this was a classic room, they told me it was a deluxe one and if it was about the size of the room. No, it wasn't about the size. It is about the fact that you do not treat your customers equally and maybe you shouldn't be working in this industry. This was the fourth time we stayed in this hotel (mainly because the location is great) and the last one. Thank you very much for making our time in Paris so special.

This hotel is our favorite in Paris for my daughter and me! The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The staff is excellent: friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, between L’Opéra and the Galeries Lafayette. The breakfast is fantastic, although unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy it at the hotel on our last visit.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms were large and well kept, and the bathrooms were also spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. Although the hotel is on a busy road, our room was pleasantly quiet, which we really appreciated. The water fountain was a nice touch, and breakfast was very decent. The only downside was that the rooms lacked some basic amenities you would normally expect in a hotel, such as a kettle, tea, shampoo, conditioner, bathrobes, and slippers.

The stay was perfect for my guests. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If you have Russian-speaking guests, I’d definitely recommend this hotel, as several members of the team speak Russian, which made the stay even more comfortable.
