Easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Paris. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is amazing, and the pool and spa are such a treat after a day in the city. What really made the stay, though, was the staff. They were warm, helpful and went above and beyond throughout, especially when we had a hiccup at the end of our trip and needed to stay an extra night. They made a stressful situation so much easier. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Hôtel Pilgrim was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful before we even arrived, offering great recommendations and arranging accountable transportation for us. That kind of attention made the trip feel effortless. The spa, with its pool and hammam, was relaxing and spotless. After long days of walking the city, it was the perfect place to unwind. The rooftop is a highlight, and we could watch the Eiffel Tower shimmer across the skyline. Our room's balcony was a lovely touch, and the space was well laid out and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Paris who wants a welcoming stay with great amenities in a great part of the city.

We chose Hotel Pilgrim for our stay in Paris this time. Usually we'll rent an apartment, but this time I wanted to be cared for with daily housekeeping, etc. We loved the location. Although this is a more expensive option than renting an apartment, it was a treat for us. We chose a deluxe room and are so glad we did for the extra space. The room was large enough for two, especially the bathroom. We placed a large suitcase on top of the luggage rack so that we had more flat surface in the room. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed using the pool and hammam everyday - it saved my body from all of the walking, and it was a beautiful, relaxing space! We sat on the terrace a few times, and we also had drinks with friends on the rooftop. The service was friendly and top notch. We had a lovely stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay for our the solar eclipse. A fantastic location with great amenities - both a pool and a small sufficient gym that you can make work. A few notes: the rooms are quite small in the typical Parisian fashion and we couldn’t fully open our bags, there was no fridge or iron in the room either. This is just a small observation, however each room is beautiful; the hotel is so nice and renovated, the service is 5 stars and we highly recommend the breakfast, Atleast once which was full of good quality and organic products. The location is also perfect and situated on a quiet street. There’s also a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower from the rooftop! I will definitely return and recommend to others.

On the positive side: The staff at the reception and breakfast were very nice. The bed was comfortable. AC worked well. On the negative side: Ordered room service last night and it was inedible. Called for the tray to be picked up and no one answered. When I checked out at noon the tray was still in the hallway. The gym had no more water. Gym mats were not clean. It’s the type of hotel that spends very little on good materials. In my view, not worth it.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside, it doesn't look particularly special, but if we ever return to Paris, we will definitely stay here again. Every single member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well looked after. They consistently went the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable, and it was clear that the staff enjoyed working together. That positive atmosphere added something special to the entire hotel. The hotel itself is peaceful and relaxing. Our room was very well soundproofed, so despite being in the middle of a busy city, it was completely quiet at night, and we slept wonderfully. The hotel's pool and wellness area felt like a little spa retreat. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, followed by a beer on the rooftop terrace. It made our stay in Paris even more enjoyable, and we wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Stayed in May for 7 days , and overall a fab hotel. Great location, lovely breakfasts made with care, excellent staff - ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and a cute rooftop with a view. The pool was nice yet could have been warmer, while the sauna was perfect. We had a smaller room and there was very little space or shelving to put anything. Not a huge issue… we were not there to hang out in the room, but truly such little space for even a glass of water or anything to be kept bedside. Bigger rooms are likely much easier to navigate. Hair dryer demands one keep a finger on the button in a specific way to keep it going, so for someone with a lot of hair (35 min dry time), this was not feasible at all. Bike racks are right outside and front desk has a view of them all night so HUGE plus for us. Gym looked great yet is underground with no natural light. This hotel is directly across from a seminary / educational institution that also hosts lectures and concerts. Nearby restaurants include Tour d’argent (skip dinner and just reserve rooftop drinks), and many great chic spots along Rue Moufftard. Near to Accor arena, Seine, Notre Dame, truly everything is a 30 m bike ride away. We did not need to take a cab or metro as biking was incredibly easy (to Eiffel Tower, Musee D’Orsay, the Marais, Canal st Martin, Bourse de commerce, Les Halles, Pompidou, Catacombes, Museum of hunting and nature, place des Vosges, Bastille market, Pantheon, jazz / live music, Roman ruins, arc de triomphe, trocadero, Haussmann st, the Louvre, Viaduct des arts, coulée verte, and more.
