We just returned from the most amazing stay at Kimpton St Honore Paris! The hotel itself is beautiful, full of history and perfectly located. We loved being just steps away from the Metro, fabulous shops, museums, and charming cafés. The rooms were spacious, shower pressure was great, and the restaurant had several yummy items on its menu. There was live music in the evenings (Thursday to Saturday night) and a rooftop patio with a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible staff. A very special thank you to the concierge and Gwenn and Carla in Customer Relations, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Their warmth, attention to detail and genuine care made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did to make our visit so memorable. While there are many beautiful hotels in Paris, it’s the people who make the difference. Gwenn and Carla are the reason we would return to Kimpton St Honore Paris without hesitation. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect, the service was wonderful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The food was surprisingly good as well. We also loved the thoughtful touches, including complimentary champagne and other goodies, which made our stay feel extra special. After checking into our room, we were so comfortable that we didn’t even want to leave! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Paris.

Overall this was a great experience. The hotel is very nice, but the hotel staff is the best part, and the location is pretty great, too. From check-in and throughout our stay, there was a constant high quality service. The hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The concierge couldn’t be more professional with opera tickets and dinner reservations which we kept changing. The breakfast staff was really incredible making great suggestions and perfect service. The bartenders experimented with great new drinks that we asked for off the menu. Seriously, this hotel is a clinic on how a hotel should work.

Beautiful hotel near the Opera. Beds are very comfortable. We have view of the courtyard that our friends had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was amazing. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved getting breakfast in bed. Their croissants were perfection. We spent one sunset at their rooftop bar which had a direct view of the Eiffel shower

Best hotel experience my husband and I have ever had! We stayed at Kimpton St Honoré for our first family trip and my husband’s birthday. Gwen and the hospitality team added the perfect set of decorations, champagne, and chocolate for us. They thoughtfully included a plush parrot in the infant cot for our 8 month old and a baby bath tub. The breakfast is divine! We ate better croissants here than most of the bakeries we went to. The rooftop has breathtaking views and delicious cocktails. All of the staff were amazing. Super welcoming and accommodating. Our baby received so many smiles :). Incredible location as well. We walked to the Louvre. Gwen, we loved the effort you and your colleagues put into making our visit truly unforgettable. From my heart, thank you.

The entire Kimpton team is amazing, from front desk to housekeeping, breakfast, bar, and dinner. Each team member we encountered worked very hard to make our stay the most enjoyable possible. Our suite was beautiful and spacious. The restaurant hospitality was of the highest level. And we could walk or take short train rides everywhere. Kimpton was better than nearby 5-star hotels!

We stayed there for 2 nights and then we came back to stay another night in June 2026. It was a wonderful experience. We still discuss the wonderful poached eggs with avocado spread :) it was a simple spread of wonderful delicious food. The service was excellent. The staff take time to engage in pleasant conversations. All of the staff are wonderful. The bellboys, the housekeeping, the reception/concierge and the service crew. We truly enjoyed our time at the Kimpton. We look forward to be back or stay in another kimpton property. Thank you for hosting us well :)

We had an incredible stay at the Kimpton in Paris, but what truly made the experience exceptional was Pilar and the entire concierge team. When an issue with our room arose due to circumstances outside of anyone’s control, Pilar immediately stepped in and made the situation right. She handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care, and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left us even more impressed with the hotel. That level of service is what separates a good hotel from a great one. The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, modern, spacious, and perfectly located near some of the best shopping, restaurants, and attractions in Paris. We also loved the sauna, gym, and hammam. After spending the day walking all over the city, having those amenities to come back to was perfect. A beautiful property, an excellent location, and most importantly, a team that truly understands hospitality. A huge thank you to Pilar and the entire staff for making our stay so memorable. We will absolutely be back!
