The interiors were nothing short of expected from maximalist Swedish designer Martin Brudnickzi - a garden themed enclave appears on an otherwise unassuming and not so touristy street in the 9th. The service was fantastic - the staff provided me the room as soon as it was ready and texted me on WhatsApp to inform me, allowing me to check in quite before 3pm. Otherwise, the staff cleaned my room several times a day and did an evening service which included these tasty melatonin gummies. The bed in the room was ultra comfortable without being too soft, and the view from a somewhat modern miniature balcony which would replace a traditional Juliette provided a classical view of a local and quiet street. The rooftop bar was beautifully designed as well. When I ordered a spicy tuna on their menu, it would be helpful for them to remind me that this wasn’t an actual sushi (ended up being a waste, sorry). Everything else from the gyoza to the actual dinner was perfectly fine, including the most buttery and flavorful mashed potatoes of all. The breakfast spread was great as well with the best croissants ever and a great cheese, fruit and yogurt selection. Missing the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Then of course I took the trouble to enjoy the heated spa pool which had beautiful detailed tiles and was soothing after a day of walking. I appreciated the eucalyptus steam Hamam after enjoying the pools. Then there was the chocolate mousse which was so rich and filling, I didn’t even want brekkie the next day but still went for the Greek yogurt. Nothing in France is too sweet but still very indulgent. Overall a fantastic stay in one of Paris’s most authentic district.

We had a great experience at this hotel for the last part of our stay in Paris. The rooms are beautiful, the showers and bath products were fantastic (important during the summer heat waves), the room temperature was able to be 20C/ 68F, which no other hotel we stayed at could cool to that temperature - we were so grateful for the good night of sleep we were able to get in our cold room. The bed was comfy! We had charcuterie and a drink in the cafe, a drink on the rooftop bar, and breakfast in the restaurant - everything was very good, and staff are attentive and helpful. Front desk staff were friendly and kind. We really enjoyed this stay and would happily stay again.

This was my first time to stay at this hotel and I feel as if I have stumbled upon a jewel. The rooms aren’t big but they are plenty comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and well appointed. This hotel is just darling. And the front desk staff was so warm and inviting. They sweetly obliged any and all requests. The rooftop bar is stunning. Real grass on the ground and it felt as if we were in the French countryside. Will definitely be staying here again! Beautifully decorated rooms!

The hotel is close to Cadet Station.It is a very new hotel and the design and ambient control is very modern.The buffet breakfast is at the ground floor, a very nice dining place but selections was limited.

Great hotel with a good vibe! The location is ideal for experiencing the feel of a Paris neighborhood. Staff were courteous and friendly. Rooftop bar was a fun experience. Very nice spa. Lots of food options close by - all excellent. Easy access to multiple Metro lines.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The amenities really made the experience feel luxurious and comfortable. From the welcome snacks and delicious chocolates to the plush bathrobes, slippers, and eye masks, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the concierge team helped secure the dinner reservations I wanted during my stay. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly professional and welcoming. The service, amenities, and attention to detail made it a wonderful stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return. The next time I'm in Paris, I'll be staying here again.

Great place, definitely five stars! Room was beautiful, decoration of the interior was perfect! Great staff and really cool turndown at night. To ensure a good night sleep they they provided a CBD packet and a super soft eye mask! What a surprise and it really worked. Special stay for our 41st Anniversary in romantic Paris.

Our second stay at La Fantaisie was just as magical as the first. The hotel has such a beautiful, calming energy, and returning felt like stepping back into a place that truly cares about its guests. Mary at the front desk made our stay especially memorable — she recognized us from two years ago, which made us feel genuinely seen and welcomed. That kind of personal touch is rare and so appreciated. The rooms, the spa, and the food were all excellent. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar; the space itself is gorgeous and the views are lovely. If anything, the service up there could be a bit warmer and more attentive, but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the experience. Overall, La Fantaisie continues to be one of our favorite places in Paris. We can’t wait to return.
