Stayed at Le Monsieur by Sweett for 5 days on vacation and had a great experience. The rooms are quite small, but that's pretty typical for Paris, so nothing unusual there. The location is excellent — you're about an 8-minute walk from the metro, and the neighborhood is full of restaurants and bars, with a nice, safe feel to it. Entry to the hotel is via a door code, which felt secure. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced, and the lobby always had cold water and tea available, with some snacks offered during the day too — a nice touch. They also offer luggage storage, which was really convenient. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Overall a really solid stay, great location and good value. Would recommend.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. This is the most disgusting and flighty hotel I have ever seen. There was mold on the ceilings, the carpets were dirty and stained, the curtains were hanging off the railings, the light bulbs in the room were out, there was no towels in the dark and dingy bathroom. There was an old fan and TV was broken. The staff were so rude and arrogant when we asked for a refund. We checked in and checked out 20 mins later. DO NOT STAY HERE. Please see photos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Monsieur by Sweett. We stayed in the Family Suite and it was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for us. The hotel itself is very nice and has a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also lovely and always made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Carlos and Hassan, who were both very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Paris. Highly recommended!

Good location - quiet but in the centre and quick walking distance to the metro. The only downside it that right outside the hotel seems to be a congregation hot spot for Uber and Deliveroo delivery drivers. Rooms were clean but a little worn as there were some scuffs on the walls and furniture. Be sure to note that the check in process and entry to the hotel requires a specific code issued to you when you book the hotel. You need to sign up and log in on their website to get this code. Another downside is that breakfast is not served in the building, but across the road at the sister hotel, called Le Madame.
