This is a NO serviced apartment hotel; No cleaning and no towel changing during your stay.|It is located right next to an elevated subway. The building shakes like earthquake with loud noises every 15 min from early morning until late night Sleeping is impossible.|Except the reception area, all the guest sraying area: room, hallway and stairs are extremly dirty. Every corners of the rooms, bathroom, kitchenette have yellow disgusting grimes.

The facility is quite acceptable. Convenient location. They clean the room once a week so I cannot really say too much about the service. Just that the male staff at the reception could be more helpful.

Worst experience ever Advertised as Eiffel Tower views, we had views of toilets from the other building with naked people showering A rumbling sound every 2 to 3 minutes from the metro station across the say and night No house keeping, 4 nights without even changing bedding, towels, toilet garbage. Last but not least, 150 units with 1 functioning elevator Ruined my entire stay in Paris A refund or partial refund is needed Do not consider this property

I stayed at Citadines Tour Eiffel Paris with my family and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. We booked a One-Bedroom Apartment with Eiffel Tower View as well as a Studio. The apartment itself was not properly cleaned. There was a noticeable amount of dust in the room, and the overall cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a 4-star property. In my opinion, this accommodation does not meet 4-star standards. We were a family of five and were given the apartment on the fifth floor and the studio on the first floor. This arrangement was extremely inconvenient with three children. Because of the distance between the rooms, we hardly used the studio at all. Constantly going back and forth between the first and fifth floor was simply impractical and significantly reduced the value of our stay. The staff was generally unfriendly and not very helpful. On several occasions, we had to ask multiple times before receiving an answer or assistance. There was one employee who was very friendly and professional, but unfortunately I only saw him on the first day. The breakfast area was far too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Finding a table was often difficult, and the breakfast selection was average at best. Some of the food seemed to be frozen or of lower quality rather than fresh. The biggest disappointment was the price-to-performance ratio. The hotel charges premium prices, but the quality, cleanliness, service, and facilities do not justify the cost. The only real advantage of this hotel is its excellent location near the Eiffel Tower. Overall, I would not stay here again. While the location is excellent, the cleanliness, service, room allocation, and overall quality fell well below expectations for a property advertised as a 4-star hotel. The hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed to justify its pricing and rating.

Very Disappointing – Not Worth the Price Despite the good location, just a few steps from the Eiffel Tower, this hotel was a huge disappointment. At over €500 per night for a 4-star hotel, the standards were unacceptable. The metro noise was extremely loud and frustrating, making it difficult to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable and basic hygiene products were missing, and the promised Eiffel Tower view was nowhere to be seen. Definitely not worth the premium price. Would not recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at the reception, especially thanks to the lovely girl luna who helped me so much during my stay. She was extremely kind, polite, patient, and always ready to assist me whenever I needed help. Her welcoming attitude made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you so much for your kindness and support. You truly made my stay more pleasant! Highly recommended. ❤️

If you think you will have a good night sleep here during a weekend, good luck! It’s 3:15 AM and a group of people set up a loud speaker outside the McDonald’s right next to the hotel and had loud music since 2AM. The night manager offered no help, he said he didn’t hear the noise, then he said he went outside which is untrue as I have been listening from room 308. He said it’s the weekend and it’s Paris and that the police is aware. I sincerely doubt he even called. Having paid USD 1,550 for four nights, this has to be the worse experience at a #Citadines chain hotel. Even more annoying was the unhelpful attitude from the night manager. They should at the very least have headphones if this is a common recurrence. It’s an old hotel, they do not offer to clean the rooms daily unless you request it, there is no shampoo just body wash and conditioner, the hallways are run down and the carpet is old and dirty. The one thing I have to say is that the room was clean and that is about the only positive thing about this hotel.

I stayed here for about a week and honestly expected a much better experience. At first, the room seemed acceptable, but after a few days the air conditioning stopped working, which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. This became a serious problem because Paris was already warm, and without proper AC it was difficult to relax or sleep properly. For the price being charged, I expected basic facilities like air conditioning to work without issues. The location was the best part of the stay, but the overall comfort did not match the standard or the price of the hotel. I would not choose to stay here again unless the hotel improves its maintenance and guest support.
