This was a very clean and convenient hotel. The breakfast was really great and the staff here are exceptional! Nadeesha was the best! Super helpful and accommodating in every way. Nadeesha went out of her way to make our stay pleasant and even further helping with language boundaries to order food and such. Irosh was a very pleasant young man and I enjoyed chatting with him. The rooms are kinda small but it is a boutique hotel so that’s expected on a standard room. www would def return here but I would not suggest for small children.

The hotel is located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with shops and other conveniences just around the corner, making the area very walkable. The staff was also one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we encountered was polite, welcoming, and helpful, and they did their best to accommodate our requests whenever possible. That said, as a Hilton Curio property, the hotel itself was unfortunately underwhelming and did not quite meet the expectations I typically associate with the brand. Upon arrival, one of the first challenges was having to carry our luggage down approximately 10 stairs just to reach the front desk, which was not ideal when traveling with larger bags. I had also received what was described as an “upgrade” to a suite; however, there was no mention beforehand that a spiral staircase was the only way to access the bedroom. The suite was also much darker than expected. Given the staircase and overall layout, the room simply was not practical for us, so I had to return to the front desk and request another room. The staff graciously accommodated the request, but the replacement room was considerably smaller and located at the very end of the hallway next to the exit stairs. For two people traveling with two 28-inch suitcases, the room was extremely tight. There was virtually no floor space to open our luggage without placing it on the bed, chair, or directly in front of the refrigerator. The size and layout made the room feel more restrictive than comfortable. While the property itself fell short of my expectations for a Hilton Curio hotel, the staff truly helped make up for many of its shortcomings. They were consistently courteous, accommodating, and willing to assist throughout our stay. Combined with the quiet neighborhood and convenient, walkable location, those were certainly the strongest aspects of the experience. With better communication regarding room layouts and accessibility, as well as more consideration for guests traveling with luggage, the overall experience could be significantly improved.

This is a lovely hotel in one of the more residential areas of Paris. Don’t let that fool you though. It’s very well positioned for visiting the sights of Paris, just a 5 min walk to the Metro which takes you to the centre in 15 min. Being just outside the centre the hotel is quiet and by Paris standards the rooms are large and the bathroom superb. There are bars and restaurants close but dining in the hotel is great too. All the staff were very friendly.

Although my entire staff was terrific, I would like to highlight the dining room manager, Tom for his wonderful demeanor and attention to detail. He made us feel extremely comfortable from the time we arrived through our entire stay. As long as he’s here, we would definitely return. Highly recommend. Respectfully, Gary

I loved the location. We love to travel by metro and we had a station less than a block away. There were quite a few restaurants to choose from close to the hotel. However, in the hotel I felt like they were understaffed, especially during morning breakfast service time.

An amazing stay for 1 night in Paris!! This cute boutique hotel is in convenient location from the Metro and not too far from central Paris. Upon entry, it feels very elegant and inviting. The reception staff are warmly welcoming particularly the lovely lady at the front desk. Check in was smooth and we were kindly offered a welcome drink. The hotel also recognised my birthday, gestures like this are unforgettable. Rooms are slightly small but offer all the amenities required. Was nice to have a window opening for some fresh air. The bar is very chic and offers an array of drink selection, staff are very helpful and greet you warmly. Breakfast was ample, but lacked personal acknowledgement from the floor manager. Overall, the hotel was clean, vibrant and I really enjoyed my stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Solid YES! I would come back. Location: quiet, grocery across street, Penney meteo station 4 min walk Beds: comfortable, smooth clean sheets, no scents Shower: good hot water temp, excellent pressure Bathroom: Double sink, counter ledge, room underneath for items. Could use additional bath towel/robe hook. Room: slippers, closet storage excellent, desk, ledge for items, desk, 2 chairs, full length mirror, nespresso, windows open, carpet needs deep cleaning but does not smell, marks on walls and ceilings need touch up. Air Conditioning works very well!! Gym is small, has weights, no hot tub or sauna or massage chair (would be nice touch) Buffet Breakfast is excellent, made to order eggs, cappuccino machine needs some adjusting too much milk to espresso ratio and not very hot but flavor is ok. Breakfast service staff and front desk is not friendly or attentive so ask proactively. Like all hotels, secure items for housekeeping, change out towels on own or stay in room for quick refresh.
