The hotel is beautiful and only a few dozen steps from the Arc de Triomphe. We had a view of the pretty balconies around us. The room was on the smaller side but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean; the heatwave was unexpected so the aircon was a blessing (though not very strong, it did the job). The staff were welcoming and very helpful when we needed anything. We had a lovely weekend and cannot wait to return soon.

Room was clean but much older looking as opposed to what photos reflects. Super noisy at all level. Outside truck deliveries during very early morning, night time parties, day time constructions. Walls are so thin that you can hear all the other rooms, above room, left room, right side room. There is basically noise at all times.

- June 25 - 3 night stay We arrived in Paris around 5:40 pm and checked into the Princesse Caroline Hotel, which was in the perfect location, just around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe. Very large room and bathroom with extra cold air conditioning 😊. It was lovely since we arrived during the extreme heat wave of 102. All the staff were so accommodating. They had a water cooler in the lobby which was perfect so we could fill our water bottles before exiting in the extreme heat 🥵. This hotel was so close to shopping on Champs Elyesees, many restaurants to choose from and only a short walk to capture fabulous pictures of the Eiffel Tower. We really liked this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Travelling as two female friends, we felt safe in the local area. All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. There was much needed air con although not very strong but it did the job. The room was clean and decorated lovely. The only negative was there were quite a few bugs in the room (unsure if they were flies or mosquitos) but we spent a good half an hour trying to get them out before we went to bed. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel as we were only there for 1 night, but we used the luggage storage which was handy and secure (locked at all times). I would definitely stay here again if we were in Paris.

we LOVED this hotel!! It was so clean and cute, and had so much space compared to other places that we stayed! It was so easy to check in/out and store our bags which we needed to do. The staff was super nice and treated us soooo very well! Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Great location, but the room was very small with an AC that hardly blows. We spend two out of three nights of torture. There is only one fan in the entire hotel. Ice was a very scared commodity. The hotel could of done a better job finding a solution earlier.

Really nice staff and amazing location on a quiet road in centre of the city. Rooms had Aircon and were cool. Only improvement would have been a mini fridge.

The location is very good and convenient for getting around. Breakfast options were minimal, and the overall service was inconsistent. Housekeeping did not clean the room or replace towels even when following the instructions on their signs saying where to place towels for replacement — you have to ask specifically at the desk. When we asked just for clean towels (not even full room service), the request was still denied because we “didn’t ask in the morning,” which was frustrating. Front desk staff was mixed; some were friendly, others not so much. You’re also required to hand over your room key every time you leave, which adds to an overall strange vibe. Not the most comfortable stay.
