Charlie and I stayed here and it was genuinely stunning. First of all — the bed. I don’t say this lightly — it was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. After long days walking around Paris (and standing out in the cold for New Year’s Eve), climbing into that bed felt like heaven. Properly cosy, soft, and warm. The spa was such a bonus. Having somewhere to unwind after busy sightseeing days made the whole stay feel a bit luxurious without being over the top. It’s calm, clean and a lovely way to reset before heading back out into the city. And the location is unbeatable. You’re just off the Champs-Élysées, so everything feels right there — shops, restaurants, Metro stations, and easy walking distance to so many major sights. It made the whole trip effortless. Waking up in central Paris on New Year’s Day with my son, stepping out into those beautiful streets… it was one of those trips you don’t forget. Comfort, location, atmosphere — it ticked all the boxes for us.

This was our second stay at this hotel. If we come back to Paris, we will stay here again. Excellent location. Excellent friendly staff. A special thanks to our favorite front desk host Yulia who was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Rooms are very clean, quiet, and comfortable. A great value for the money.

We recently stayed at your hotel and had a short but pleasant visit. The staff was welcoming, and we appreciated the overall atmosphere.However, we would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the room we stayed in. As a four-star hotel located close to the Champs-Élysées, we expected a higher standard. The room would benefit from an upgrade, particularly the furniture, which appeared worn and showed clear signs of use. The entire staff at Hôtel Rochester was a master class in customer service. I had some issues with my delayed flight upon arrival and subsequently delayed baggage, they were on top of it and thoroughly attentive to anything that I needed. Breakfast being served until 1 PM was also a bonus! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The fitness center had everything you would need and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

The rooms were fabulous - the layout was well thought out, with pretty much every feature you might want how you would want it. The only thing that might have been nice that they didn't have was a 110-120 voltage outlet in the bathroom, which some of the other hotels on our trip did have - but that wasn't a big problem, as we'd brought converters with us. The hotel brunch was also fantastic - a huge variety of food and drinks, and it ran from 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., meaning that, if you wanted to sleep in, you could do that and still take advantage of the brunch. That also meant you could treat it as a breakfast or a lunch, depending on when you went and which items you chose from the wide variety provided. The location was also terrific - just a couple blocks from the Champs Elysées, and close to the Arc de Triomphe. All in all, a great hotel in a great location! Highly recommended!

Literally the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, in my entire life. The staff is arrogant, unhelpful and most can’t even speak in English. On the first day of our check in, my husband and I reached the hotel at around 11 PM because our bags were delayed at the airport. No one came to help us bring our bags in, even though the bell boy was there. The room we were assigned, was extremely small. Which is okay as Paris typically has smaller rooms, but our bed was broken. After a 10+ hour journey, that’s the last thing you’d expect. We even asked for water and were told there’s one in your room. We responded saying yes, but we’re 2 people. And their response was yes but that’s it we offer. One a day. We couldn’t sleep all night and complained at 7 AM. The lady at the reception said she can only send a technician at 9:30 AM or change our room. We opted to change our room as we were extremely tired and my husband’s back was hurting immensely. There were also loud noises coming from nearby rooms and our roof which was extremely inconvenient considering how exhausted we were. A hotel staff member visited our room and agreed the bed was making loud sounds and was broken. Anyhow, the room we shifted to was thankfully slightly bigger and the bed was fine. We complained to the receptionist the next day about our first night, and she responded very arrogantly that our room was already changed and didn’t show the least bit of empathy for my husband’s condition. We left our room at 8:30 am and came back at 1 pm, our rooms were not even cleaned even after putting the sign for housekeeping. I am baffled by the service and facilities at this hotel, and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. Asked for the hotel manager twice and she never seems to be there. Money wasted indeed. I wouldn’t even give this hotel 1 star.

Wonderful, spacious, and in an excellent location. The service was outstanding. This hotel truly deserves an award for the best hotel in Paris. It offers the perfect balance of excellent service, a great location, and a reasonable price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was quiet, clean, and perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. The included breakfast each morning was excellent. We also enjoyed some of the great restaurants within easy walking distance.
