Our group of 4 stayed for 3 nights and were so pleased with this hotel. The location is exceptional, only steps from the Louvre and Pont Neuf in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood. Lots of great cafés and patisseries just steps away The staff are friendly and helpful. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Has an elevator and airconditioning wifi. We will definitely choose Timhotel again.

The room (considering the price and location) was perfect. Comfortable beds, cleaned daily, and a private bathroom with a shower. The elevator and AC was greatly appreciated during the hot July days. Each member of staff was incredibly helpful, professional and made our trip very special. Thank you so much to the Timhotel team!

The location of the hotel is excellent — it’s only a five-minute walk to the Louvre and very close to two metro lines, which made getting around the city very easy. The staff was kind and understanding; when we were given a room on the 5th floor, we were quite scared to use the very old and tiny elevator, and they kindly moved us to a room on the 1st floor.However, the building itself is very old, and the rooms are unbelievably small. We came with two suitcases and two backpacks, and opening one suitcase meant the other couldn’t be opened. When two people stood up at the same time, there was barely any space to move.The beds were comfortable, but the sound insulation was terrible. Every time a door opened or closed on our floor, it felt like it was happening inside our own room. We could also hear the elevator loudly, and there was a constant shaking sensation, probably from the metro lines. So it was difficult for us to fall asleep even when we came to our rooms tired walking around the city.The bathroom was a disappointment — extremely tiny and uncomfortable. I almost felt claustrophobic. There wasn’t even enough space around the sink to place a toothbrush.Overall, I couldn’t enjoy my stay, it was too bad that I didn’t even feel like returning to the room in the evenings.

I know that Paris is an old city and some buildings have awkward layouts which is why I requested a room with a view. I asked them a month in advance and we were very disappointed with our room that has a window to a shared public walkway and no view. You can’t keep the window open because someone can crawl inside which presents a safety and comfort issue. |I’m sorry to say that this is by far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in my many trips to Paris. The front desk did not honor my wish to have a view, even they have many rooms available with views. The room also smelled like sewage/mildew. |I’m sure if we were given a room in the main block or looking on the Main Street as we requested, we would have had a better experience. Too bad because location is great. But for 300 a night it’s a disappointment.

The room is clean. Very near to the attractions in Paris - 3 mins to metro/5-10 min to Louvre, 45min to the Eiffel and Arc de Triomphe. Very good staff - with very good service mind - a lot of helpful. I'll be back to this hotel absolutely if I come to Paris again.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly because of the behavior of the lady at the reception who checked us in. We were charged a price that was significantly higher than the price shown on Booking.com, which was very disappointing from the beginning. We were also initially given a room that had an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, we were later offered the room next door instead. The receptionist’s attitude was not friendly or welcoming at all. We expected much more professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards guests. Overall, we did not feel welcome at this hotel. We are very dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled, and we will also share our experience through our Booking.com review.

Spent 3 nights here, Tuesday through Thursday, Original room faced the street, we asked for a quieter room, which the Hotel willingly obliged us with...Could not fault it, bathroom small but adequate. Staff at reception extremely helpful..Raoul when we checked out, and a lady when we arrived who was also great with navigation advice...(Sorry I did not get her name) Position of Hotel great for Louvre, and handy for Metro. All in all, Very good value!

Small rooms. Tiny bathroom; your knees touch the wall while sitting on the toilet. Elbows touch the sides of the shower. Very clean and comfortable beds. Nice location to museums and shopping.
