I will never stay at this hotel again. Despite the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The bases of the hotel does not hold 4 star standards. I was able to check in the hotel way before check-in time the hotel was overbooked for the day I arrived. I assume the maid/staff was behind on cleaning rooms and did not do a full cleaning so I cleaned what I could and went from there. When I walked into my room( the classic or basic room), I noticed that the (not-free) mini bar was not restocked, and there is was a drink, already opened and halfway drank, along with the snacks and tea, or coffee that was never restocked. I am not sure if I was compensated, but they did give me mineral water on my last night staying. They never restocked anything from the mini bar and just tidied up my room after requesting a recleaning. This is also when I found out that whoever cleaned my room took my personal face towel mistaking it for the Hotel’s towels( there was only two small towels given, and I had only used one and left the rest on the floor to be taken) I’m not sure how they mistake my towel as the hotels but I’m not even sure I’ll be able to be compensated. On my last day I had a really rough night and wanted to sleep in. Unfortunately, that was short-lived by the fire alarm going off at eight in the morning prompting an evacuation. I also think the location is a far far from everything and not easy access to a metro or bus line. Highly I would not recommend this place.

Had a very comfortable stay at XO for two nights. Location was good, very close to metro and bus lines and a short walk to the Etoile. Wonderful breakfast with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes. Friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely book again on my next trip.

A very very very good stay, this was our first stop in a long Europe trip and starting it with XO really made it so much better. The reception staff is so incredibly helpful and sweet. It makes all the difference, landing in a new city where someone welcomes you with a smile and helps you understand the city, it makes all the difference. Honestly we had heard a lot of negative things about Paris but I am sure staying at this hotel made us completely change our view . The room is spacious enough with all the amenities you would need. It’s very well connected with public transport. The street is very safe even at night. The experience was a total 10/10 and I would definitely recommend as well as book for myself whenever I come back to Paris.

Wonderful hotel on a pretty, quiet street in the chic 17th. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast is out of this world! Huge variety of food, everything very fresh and delicious. Rooms are nice, clean, and well organized with madeleine cakes and cookies to go with the in-room coffee. 10/10.

Breakfast is great and costs 21 euros per person if you don't pre order. Service is decent, rooms are nice and clean enough. The bed was very large and comfortable. Lovely atmosphere and great(!) location. Close to 2 different metro lines, about 15 minutes walk from Arc The Triumph on Champs Elysses.

We booked Hotel XO in Paris through Booking, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. We arrived well before the official check-in time, but the process was smooth. We were able to check in early, leave our luggage at reception, and were clearly informed when our rooms would be ready. What impressed me most was that the room matched the photos exactly, quite rare in central Paris. The bed was wide and comfortable (around 1.8m), the bathroom was spacious, and all the promised facilities were there with no hidden surprises. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. When we asked about water in the room, they kindly offered us bottled water for free instead of selling it. Our luggage was even delivered directly to the room, which was a thoughtful touch. For the price we paid, the value was excellent, especially compared to what you usually get in other European capitals for the same rate. I can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel XO and will gladly return on my next visit to Paris.

Absolutely wonderful stay at XO Hotel Paris! Everything about this hotel was fantastic, but the real highlight was the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Always smiling, always helpful, and truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a great location — but it’s the human touch at the reception desk that makes XO Hotel stand out. Their professionalism combined with warmth is rare and deeply appreciated. A huge thank you to the reception team for such a lovely experience. I would 100% return and warmly recommend XO Hotel Paris to anyone visiting the city.
