Nice hotel. Just a few walks will arrive at the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful. While we waiting for the lift, we talk about happy hour and welcome drink, the staff at the back explain to us clearly. There are 3 restaurants/cafes in the hotel to pick up the welcome drink and eat lunch and dinner. The breakfast is quite various. The room is very clean and tidy.

The price is good and great location. I like how Jomtien is quiet and far away from the craziness of Pattaya. The hotel staffs are polite and attentive. But cheaper price came with some lower manner guests as well The complaint I have were not from the hotel but from the other guests and I hope management can see this 1. July 18,2026. Many people came with their cameras and acted like the pool was for their personal photo shoot. Some are sex workers with their professional camera and some are tik toker with 3-4 phone tripods around the pool. They ignored the kids and people around them. After an hour of camera around us, I addressed the issue to the staff ( which was in the restaurant next to the pool). She informed her manager right away. All the manager said was that she cannot do anything because these girls are customers too and apologize. I understand that she didn’t have the power to do anything at that point, but I hope management will start to have a policy and train the staffs to deal with these nonsense. Your hotel and the pool is a private property, not a public place and the staffs have the right to tell guests to respect other guests privacy. 2. Because there is no staff at the pool area, some guests thinking that smoking is ok at the pool. I have to tell him myself that the pool is a non smoking area and the sign is right in front of him. Foreigners came to Thailand thinking they can do whatever they want especially in Pattaya. He was definitely mad that I called him out but I don’t care. I hope there will be hotel staff coming up to the pool area more often in the future to avoid this issue

We paid for five nights at Bayphere Pattaya Hotel, booked as a five-star boutique hotel, but the experience was so disappointing that we left after just one night. This hotel is nowhere near five-star standard, and the way it advertises itself is misleading. The overall quality, service, and facilities felt average at best and did not justify the price we paid. A serious concern was child safety. The high-floor swimming pool felt unsafe for children, with insufficient safety measures and no visible supervision — something completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be family-friendly or luxury. To make matters worse, our stay was disrupted by loud building/construction noise, even during the Christmas period. This destroyed any chance of rest and should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Paying for five nights and feeling forced to leave after one says everything. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families or anyone expecting a genuine five-star experience.

We had an amazing stay and truly felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Waan, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We had to change rooms twice during our visit, and each time Waan handled everything smoothly and without any problems, making the whole process stress-free for us. The hospitality from the entire hotel staff was exceptional. From the bellboys and receptionists to the waiters and the housekeeping staff, everyone welcomed us warmly and made sure we were well taken care of every single day. We honestly felt at home while still receiving an exclusive “princess treatment.” During the room changes we accidentally left behind both of our passports and an expensive pair of sunglasses. Thankfully, Waan and the housekeeping staff kept everything safe and made sure it was returned to us. We are incredibly grateful for their honesty and kindness. The hotel itself also has fantastic facilities, including two beautiful rooftop pools and a lovely beach just steps away in the backyard. You can simply walk down to the beach where there are restaurants, a bar, and even shows in the evening, which made the experience even more special. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! ☺️

It's an amazing property. The ocean view room has the best views and layout for a perfect couple vacation. They run happy hours till 6pm every cocktail was at 99thb. The property has a direct access to the beach, beach is super clean. Everything is just perfect.

For the hotel that’s claimed to be 4.5-5star, the service is not quite there just yet. We booked Grand Deluxe Room, the room is nice and clean. The bed is comfy. For the room, it’s ok. The winning point for this hotel would totally be its location and rooftop pool (which is not large but the view is spectacular). The rooftop pool is very instagramable. There’s access to the beach from hotel which you can get the sunset view. We also get the hotel breakfast which is mediocre at most, not good not bad. But the service at breakfast could really be improved. First, we asked to combine table, the employee didn’t want to do it so she said there’s already someone sitting there (but there wasn’t anyone sitting there). We couldn’t find the salad bar because it’s inside, so we asked the employee and she said they don’t have it? But the service at the front and bellboy are ok. But those at breakfast need so much more training.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and always greeted me with a warm smile. My room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. One of the best things about the location is the direct beach access, which makes it very convenient for a morning walk. It’s also just a short walk to a 7-Eleven. Despite being close to conveniences, the atmosphere remains quiet, peaceful, and fresh. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The photos online are extremely misleading. They show spacious rooms with beautiful views, but in reality I was given a tiny room with a direct view of a parking lot. The room was so small it honestly felt like the size of an airplane bathroom. This is not what I paid for and it feels like false advertising. The service was just as bad. When I arrived, the luggage staff told me to take the stairs while he took the elevator with my luggage. I have never experienced something so unprofessional and strange in any hotel. At breakfast it got even worse. I politely asked the waitress for cutlery and she told me to go get it myself from the station. No smile, no hospitality, nothing. The staff looked like they didn’t want to be there and treated guests like a burden. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned and the swimming pool looked dirty and poorly maintained. Overall this hotel is extremely disappointing. The reality is completely different from what they show in the photos, the service is unfriendly, and the standards are far below what any decent hotel should offer. If you value your money, your comfort, and basic hospitality — stay somewhere else.
