⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Luxury Experience! This is a truly premium luxury hotel. The service is exceptional, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The private beach is beautiful, and the swimming pools are spotless and very well maintained. I also loved the peaceful meditation area inside the property, which adds a unique and relaxing touch to the overall experience. The suites are absolutely stunning—spacious, elegant, and equipped with every comfort. Everything about this hotel reflects luxury, cleanliness, and attention to detail. I had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a world-class experience. I would definitely love to come back!

This is my fourth time visiting to this hotel and i have lot of memories, This time enjoyed my stay here as usual! 🏨 The private beach access, spa, tennis courts, even the sunset was amazing and gym were wonderful amenities. 🏖️ The rooms were excellent and very comfortable. This hotel is in a fantastic spot, quite close to Terminal 21, which was super convenient. 🛍️ The staff were generally helpful, although I noticed a slight dip in overall hospitality this visit due to It used to be more guest-friendly, but that wasn’t the case this time. So i am giving 3 stars 😕

Excellent Stay with a Great Vibe – Highly Recommended!I had a wonderful and truly relaxing time at this hotel. It is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. What I loved:• Amazing Atmosphere & Peace: The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful. If you love sunbathing, I highly recommend the swimming pool on the 2nd floor. It offers a great view, a super refreshing breeze, and a totally serene vibe.• Outstanding Service: The staff were lovely, always smiling, and more than happy to answer all my questions. Plus, a huge bonus: they allowed me to check in before 3:00 PM since my room was already ready!• Wellness & Facilities: I unfortunately missed trying out their ice bath wellness experience this time, but I am definitely coming back to try it next time!A few notes:• The room has a charming, vintage style.• In terms of cleanliness, I did find a few stray hairs in the bathtub when I arrived. It wasn't a dealbreaker, but worth mentioning for a quick double-check.Overall, it was a great experience with top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be back!

★★★★★|Dusit Thani Pattaya was a lovely stay, especially if you want to enjoy the resort itself rather than spend the entire trip exploring outside. One of my favourite parts was the Club Lounge, with its beautiful panoramic view over Pattaya Bay. I also enjoyed having lunch surrounded by the hotel’s tropical garden — a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Pattaya. During the stay, I joined a DIY body scrub workshop, choosing and blending natural ingredients to create my own scrub. It was a nice wellness activity and added something different to the usual resort experience. For dinner, The Bay was another highlight, with Mediterranean cuisine enjoyed by the sea. The coastal setting made it a particularly pleasant way to end the day. What I appreciated most was how easily a full day could be spent within the property — Club Lounge, tropical gardens, swimming pools, wellness activities, dining and sea views, all without needing to plan an itinerary outside. A very enjoyable option for a relaxing Pattaya getaway, particularly for travellers who like the hotel to be part of the destination itself.

Great hotel overall in a prime location nearby Terminal 21, Pattaya beach amongst other shops and restaurants. Deluxe King room was excellent, room was spacious, nice balcony and bathroom was spotless. Service and housekeeping was also good, but the check-in process took an unusually long time (not sure why). Slight smell of sewage in the bathroom like other reviews mention but not to the point that it bothered us. Pool and gym also great at the hotel - the view from the 4th floor pool is awesome. Breakfast was high quality. Would definitely stay again for the price.

Everything was very good until checkout. During checkout they added 1 chips packet to the bill (which we didnt consume) and asked to pay 100baht. After negotiating they waved it off but made the checkout experience bad. If u dont want to consume anything then tell them to empty the mini bar at the time of check-in itself. They have 1 lawn tennis court at 4th floor pool side & 1 TT table at gym side also. They have access to the beach from both 4th floor pool and 2nd floor pool. If it wasnt for the checkout trouble ‘twas definitely a 5 star.

Property looks good, but the staff and their behavior (specially the once at the checkin counter) are rude. The girl at the checkin counter demanded 3k baht advance even though the entire booking was fully paid for. She said this is extra security fee they are charging me since they have some item in their mini bar. I asked her to show the notice, or any communication made about this, she refused to show anything (because there never is such official notice as its kinda illegal). She then said that if we dont want to pay, she will get everything removed from the room (which again is not the case usually, btw I work for a hospitality brand so I know the rule book) Anyways once we refused to pay the advance, her behavior turned rude, the smile on her face was gone and she just asked us to wait another 30 mins (we have already waited around 1.5 hours at that point). The money was never the issue, her rude behavior, denial to produce any document or notice mentioning this secret fee was my main concern. Trust me, if someone can spend 20k+ baht for your rooms, they have give 3k baht in security as well. Here is the fun part, after sending us away, she went for a break, without even handing over the keys. We then have to argue our entire case with another receptionist who again went through same drama. Btw, we noted her name, and wanted to escalate this but we'll let this slide with just this review. Here is a suggestion for Dusit : Stop being passive aggressive with your guests, people visiting 5 star hotels are not poor or broke, they just wants things clearly communicated instead of you asking for ransom and behaving rudely with the guests.
