The rooms at this Ibis are great. They are clean, modern, and comfortable. I've stayed here twice and both experiences were consistent. The location is excellent and within walking distance of almost everything you would need. The only minor issue I experienced here is with reception at check in. I arrived early morning after a 32 hour journey. I of course understood that my room was not going to be available at 7:00am. The staff helpfully agreed to hold my bags. After a few hours out about I returned to wait in the lobby for a couple more hours. My 2pm check-in time arrived, and my room was still not ready. This was quite disappointing. They told me to have a seat and they'd let me know. Then more people began arriving to check in and they were provided rooms ahead of me. So I got back in line and was finally given a room. While it may have been a harmless mistake, it isn't ideal after a long journey of travelling overseas.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis Perth. The location is one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of almost everything that matters, including the train station, Kings Park, Northbridge, the museum, and many restaurants and shops. Getting around the city was easy, and I hardly needed any transportation. Despite being so close to the main attractions, the hotel still offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere when you need a break from the busy city. It was the perfect balance of convenience and calmness. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Perth.

Arrived at approximately 11pm having advised the hotel of our later arrival from overseas. Tired and hungry, was advised that the restaurant and bar was closed, also that we were unlikely to find anything open IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY!!! at 'this time of night'. No worries, there will be room service we thought. Got to the room, checked the RS menu and dialled, only to be answered by reception. 'No room service, I don't have the staff'. There'll be snacks in the mini bar then - totally empty. |The room itself was average at best. Quite small with minimal toiletries and towels (which were hard and scratchy). The bed was comfy enough though.|Was relieved to find the buffet breakfast was quite plentiful with fruits, salads, cereals, pastries and a range of 'full English ' offerings but scrambled eggs only, no choices, although for mass produced they were quite good. Make your own hot drinks is common, but the coffee machine produced luke-warm coffee.|Now, I know City Centre hotels aren't cheap, but for $300 for one night I would at least be able to get some sort of refreshments on arrival.

Somehow got the tiniest room in the place even after being an Accor silver member. Chromecast didn’t work for the second consecutive times of staying here. You’d think a modern hotel would have a proper smart tv that you can actually watch a streaming service without the need for outdated tech like chromecast. Breakfast spread was ok. Overall, modern enough but just feels like a fairly cheaply renovated hotel

Booked multiple nights here. The location was really good walkable distance to major bus and train stations. Easy to reach from perth airport. Rooms was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the drainage system only available in the shower but overall enjoyed the stay.

Staff were very friendly, the check in and out process was very straightforward. The room was lovely, and the location was great within walking distance of many places in Perth CBD and only ~25 minutes drive from the airport. The only feedback I would give is that 2 sanitary bags were provided in the room for menstrual products, as I was on my period I used both of these, however was not given more when housekeeping attended. The bins in the room (both in the bathroom and the room itself) were not lined nor covered, so for hygiene and sanitary reasons the sanitary bags were provided - however if they are used it would be great if the housekeeping staff replenished them each day as the guest might need it! Other than this my stay was great!

My second stay because the first was so good. Didn't disappoint. Super clean, has everything you could need for a short stay, even a handy laundry and gym. Great value for a property that ticks all the boxes. All staff are helpful. I love enjoy the views and the convenience of access to everything the city has to offer.

Very nice, clean and well looked after hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to see us. Room service menu has a varied choice of food and was delivered hot and fresh. We will definitely be back soon.
