Pros: Safe and decent location Guest friendly Lots of amenities nearby Cons: You have to give tea money for properly cleaned room. Room does not look like pictures online. Service is terrible. You should drive or use Grab/Passapp if you stay here, as it's a little far from the cool places.

It loses a point for terrible wifi, you always get disconnected, videos won't stream consistently and you can forget gaming. The other point is for kitchen amenities, there are zero plates, utensils, basic kitchen supplies, you have to bring or buy it all yourself, so for people who travel around it's not good but if you are a local then I assume you already have the stuff. The last point are the rooms smell of cigarettes I couldn't check into the first room it was terrible it took another 3 different rooms to find a place that was ok, but you could still smell it. Other than that for the price it good, I like the roof to pool and it's very quiet, the mattress are a bit hard though.

Dont be fooled by the pictures, this place was not worth it. First off all its a horrible location. It's far away for eveything a tourist would want to see. The area around is just expensive, and serves poor food. Second of all, the pool was really dirty and it was no daily cleaning, and there was no sunbeds as shown in the pictures. To continue the room was really gross. The towels were dirty, and the room smelled really bad. It was garbage under the bed, and showed sign of bad cleaning. We also found several bugs in the room. The kitchen was not useful. We had no equipments, and were not able to cook, which was really stupid cause the hotel did not serve any food. The staff did not speak english, and they were not helpful at all. Only one guy that sometimes worked in the morning, were able to communicate with us. Our room was never cleaned and we needed to call them, or talk to them, every singel day to make them come and clean our room. its also allowed to smoke inside which gives a really bad smell all over the hotel. I would never ever go back to this hotel again.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Facilities are not taken good care of. Internet is a pain in the arse. Intercoms don’t work. Security is lax. Outsiders can use the restrooms at the ground floor. Rooms at the inner portion of the bldg are very humid it’s prone to molds and mildew.

⸻ The hotel is in a quiet area, which was nice for relaxing. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. However, there’s no supermarket, or any other attractions within walking distance, and you need to ask the staff if you need kitchen utensils. Also, getting around requires calling a Tuk Tuk, which usually costs between 4,000–15,000 riel to nearby landmarks. Need to deposit $50 when checking in, which is refundable later.

Stayed a few times, isn't bad. Isn't great. Guests are rude in keeping garbage on hallway to get picked up. Cleaning you must request. But for price it ok, you won't regret.
