Burger 3.5 / 10 I saw online promotions for the burger so I came in since I stay on 172 st. Bruh... I like a very plain burger. Meat and cheese. I explained to him only cheese and meat. The dude was like I dont understand. So my girlfriend explained it in Khmer he was like "oh ok". Long story short he brings it out with that classic burger sauce I despise. I deeply do not enjoy these mayonnaise based sauces. So I wipe it off and toss out the bottom bun which is soaked in it. But quite frankly even if they did it correctly it would still just be a 4 / 10. If you want a decent burger. Cheap Charlie's is probably one of your best options. Or Amaze Burger. But what irritates me is the guy sees me wiping it off but could care less. I felt a little disrespected in that moment. But as a Westerner, I understand we have different expectations in terms of service. It is what it is... I definitely wont return.

They make really delicious food! Personally their bacon with garlic and cheese is the best I've found in the city for its rich bacony flavor and it costs less than many of the other pizza places. They also offer a loaded box of baked potatos covered in cheese with bacon and sour cream for 3.50 it's unbeatable! Update: So the baked potato doesn't show on Grab but I found it on foodpanda. Thank you so much my wife loves it!

Great location near several bars and restaurants. They serve food and beverages, too. Got to watch world cup games. Comfortable and very reasonably priced. Great for any travelers on a tight budget. Staff is very helpful

All around cool place and people with "westernized" touches. Good location and value. Comfortable room and decent food. Staff is very helpful (or at least tries to be). Would stay there again.

Stayed here 1 night. Easy check in. Good location. Close to river park. Plenty of tuk tuk drivers around. I love the 24 hour check out. You can stay for 24 hr from when you checked in. I dont know man places that do this in other countries but its amazing when you need flexibility with tours and flights. You can get a big or small room. Big was more that enough for me at 25$. A/c worked well. Comfy bed. Hot water on demand.

Some of the worst food I've had in my life! It's one thing for the food to in no way look like the photos in the menu, but to straight up lie about toppings is flat out false advertising. I know nothing about the hotel, but if you're thinking of booking a room, I wouldn't trust it to match the description or the photos.

Floozy's is a guesthouse located on St. 172, which has changed a lot over the past year since my last visit. The location is excellent -- lots of F&B / spa / entertainment options and easy transportation to and from the area. It is also, generally, quieter than staying closer to the main entertainment area in Riverside. I stayed five nights in a "big room" which was oversized with strong aircon, a comfortable bed and ridiculously strong water pressure. Having a 24/7 restaurant downstairs with aircon, good food and drinks was great, especially on mornings where I didn't want to go out and brave the heat. This is a family run establishment and everyone will go out of their way to assist you during your stay. Value for money here is fantastic and might be an especially good spot for those new to Phnom Penh as the American owner is very knowledgeable.

If you read through other negative reviews, you will see that they attack the reviewer and call it fake rather than addressing the complaints. There are two better, cheaper hotels across the street. All will have vacancies. No need to pre-book.
