I had the opportunity to stay here both for a work mission and with my family, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. One of the things I really appreciated is the location. It is very easy to access and conveniently located in the middle of the city, making it easy to travel around and explore. At the same time, the hotel provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for a family stay. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm service made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food at the restaurant was also very good, with a nice selection and enjoyable taste. I particularly liked the comfortable sofas in the lobby, which created a relaxing space to sit, have a coffee, or spend time with family and friends. For families and groups, there are also good facilities to enjoy, including a swimming pool and pool table, making the stay more enjoyable for both adults and children. Another thing that really impressed me was the cleanliness. The property was very clean and well maintained, with beautiful decoration and attention to detail throughout the common areas and rooms. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay combining convenient city access, family comfort, friendly service, good food, cleanliness, and enjoyable facilities. I would definitely be happy to come back again for both business and family trips. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

A really lovely hotel. Right next to the VET bus station so very convenient. Has a stunning pool at front which is lovely in the sun and has a happy hour on beers from 2-5pm everyday for 50% off. The downstairs has a big pool table and plenty of seating where you can sit and relax. The rooms are super spacious and we got a balcony with ours which was great! The rooms are very clean and you get amenities too. The staff are delightful and so friendly! 100% recommend.

Smile Boutique is a small and beautiful hotel not far from Phnom Penh centre. This was my second time staying at the hotel.The hotel is spotless and the staff are excellent and it's easy to see tge high quality training that makes it so.The rooms are compact but not cramped. The beds, bed linen and pillows are so comfortable you won't want to leave.A good bathroom but beware the hot water is very hot. I think a warning notice in the bathroom would be helpful.The breakfast is good with a few choices.Location is next door to Vireak Buntham Bus Station so if your travelling to Siem Reap or Vietnam and many other destinations this makes it easier. Small swimming pool if you fancy a dip. The lobby is roomy and plenty of chairs.Sorry I didn't take any photos.I do highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Especially if coming or going by the VET bus station next store. The rokm eas large and comfortable. Had drinks and snacks in the mini bar. Check in was convienant and easy. Walking distance from many resturaunts and stores. everything you woukd expect from an EHM resort property.

We love stay here so much the receptionist is very friendly. The girl named Mun Srey Leap helped us a lot. We really enjoyed the nice design clean room, tasty self made drink and comfy soft bed. This really impressed me for the fantastic first impression of Cambodia.

I recently had a last-minute business trip to Phnom Penh, arriving by night bus. Based on a recommendation, I chose to stay at the Smile Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—literally just a few steps from the bus station, which was incredibly convenient after a long journey. The room was spotless and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Moon for his exceptionally warm welcome; his professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. The breakfast was excellent, the pool area was clean and quiet, and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are traveling with VET Air Bus. I will certainly be back!

A Masterclass in Hospitality – The Best Choice in Phnom Penh! ​Everything was flawless from start to finish. The Smile Hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The rooms are fantastic, and the pool area is a great place to relax. ​Special shoutout to the chef: The breakfast was incredible! Every single dish was prepared to perfection. ​However, the highlight of our stay was the staff. Having booked more than 30 different hotels in Phnom Penh, I can confidently say that the service here stands out the most. Every staff member speaks fluent English and makes you feel like you are in the best hands. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and dedicated. I honestly wonder how the hotel managed to find so many perfect employees. ​A special thank you also goes to the Manager. He is a truly great person who cares deeply about the guests and ensures everyone has a wonderful stay. ​Highly recommended to everyone! We will definitely be back! 🫶

It is a really fabulous hotel. I never experienced in Cambodia. The service was superb and the services are really friendly and a professional. The room is definitely clean and nice design. We love it so much.
