I booked this hotel because it looks good in photos. I should have read all these reviews because all the negative comments are all true. I don't know why there're still many people giving them 5 stars. The reality is, the hotel should not be qaulified as 4 star hotel (should be 2 at most). The room is totally not even half as good as in photos. There are some weird smell always. The sink is super dirty. Small roaches walking around like they are my roommate. I book a double bed but they simply just put 2 twin beds together and cover with not so clean bed sheet! The mattress aren't comfortable. Don't even get me started with pillows. They said there's a breakfast in bed but I ordered and waited for an hour, nobody showed up. I called reception, they said someone is coming up and then hung up on me. Guess what? Nobody showed. Talking about overall atmostphere, there is this guest walking topless with door wide open. Doesn't feel safe for a woman travelling alone. Downstair is a mall full of people looking shady. Ok that may not be hotel's fault. But it's worth knowing for those who plan to stay peacefully. If you want cheap hotel, this one is. But if you want nice hotel with 4 star standard, this one is not...

The view is incredible from your room but it’s not well laid out to enjoy it. The mattress was not great and slid about on the frame. The shower area floods within 1 minute into the room. The pool was lovely but the steam room is run down. The location is in the Chinese district. It’s ok for a 1 night stopover but I wouldn’t want to stay for longer.

Pleasant surprise for the price. The room felt much more premium than expected and the city view was beautiful, especially after sunset. Check-in was straightforward and the staff were welcoming. The pool and gym facilities in the building were a nice bonus. Overall, a comfortable stay and good value in Phnom Penh.

The hotel is located at an area filled with plenty of Chinese F&B shops. Overall environment is ok, but due to chinese influence, they dominantly converse in Mandarin over English. The hotel check in is also not that complicated and instructions given were clear enough. Its not your typical hotel, as it is wedged in between a few floors of the building. Other floors are apartment units and even offices. Room is nice and bright, but age is starting to show. Staff are friendly and nice. However, due to the recent scam mafia crackdowns, the hotel also had to undergo police checks, and they require full access to the room without any restrictions. It could be a lost in translation, but it was determined that hotel staff cannot prevent the police from entering the rooms, even if the guest may not be convenient for them to allow their entry. Of course Snowbell isn't a global 5 star hotel, and you pay what you get. It also helps that the staff did notify us prior to the police checks next day morning. Of course guests who are genuinely on legitimate visitor status should have no issues, but how long the checking process takes is anyone's guess, and I checked out earlier to avoid any inconvenience or misunderstandings. For a budget and no frills option, this hotel is suitable for travellers on a budget. The hotel doesn't have an inhouse restaurant as the building isn't a full fledge hotel.

Excellent stay at Snowbell Hotel & Spa! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers a beautiful view over Phnom Penh. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the pool and gym are a great bonus. Great value for money — highly recommended!

Nice, spacious rooms and good location. Breakfast service is TERRIBLE though. Breakfast is supposedly delivered at 8am but on two days I received it after 840am which is unacceptable for business travelers who need to get to work by 9am.

My stay at the snowbell Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, the room was spacious and immaculately clean, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the gourmet breakfast buffet. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious getaway

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One of the power outlets in the room was not working, which caused inconvenience during my stay. The room condition also did not meet expectations and was not consistent with the photos shown online.I reported the issue to the hotel, and they initially agreed to assist with a refund through Trip.com. However, my refund request was later rejected, and no proper solution was provided.Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the hotel can improve both their facilities and customer service. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
