Tripadvisor· a month agoWe had a wonderful stay at Sokha Hotel and it was truly an experience we will never forget. From the moment we arrived, everything was special. The hotel is beautiful, the accommodation is very comfortable and every detail made our stay feel special. However, what impressed us the most was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. We really felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. A big thank you to Lisa at Reception who went out of her way to help us. Her kindness, attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a huge difference to us. She made us feel valued as guests and helped turn an already beautiful stay into something to remember. The level of service was excellent, with warmth and personal . She gave me a beautiful candle with a beautiful picture of a woman standing, she explained the meaning to me, it had a special scent that I couldn’t resist changing. We left with memories and will definitely remember the stay. Thank you Lisa and the entire reception team for making our stay special. We would love to come back and recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Cambodia. ❤️

Trip.com· 5 months agoWe loved the hotel facilities, high standards of services, room cleanliness & quiet location with superb buffet breakfast & stunning views to the Tonle Sap, Mekong Rivers & the Royal Palace. We can’t remembered all the staff names but some that we remembered were Reth, Lina, Sambo the manager, Lida, Seyha, Khema and Nith at Concierge. We highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Google· 5 months agoI recently attended a 2.5-day seminar at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. While the location is excellent, the service and catering fell far below expectations for a hotel of this star rating. The food provided during our lunch and snack breaks was subpar, but the most concerning issue was the fruit, which was old and, in some instances, clearly had mold on it. This is a serious hygiene concern. Furthermore, the majority of the staff were unwelcoming and did not seem interested in providing quality service. Great location, but a very bad experience overall.

Ms. Lisa, the receptionist, was friendly and highly professional, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and luxuriously decorated in a Khmer style. Everything was well-maintained, and the attention to even the smallest details was remarkable. The location is perfect for enjoying everything Phnom Penh has to offer while also providing a comfortable setting for relaxation. We had a fantastic experience and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Phnom Penh. Highly recommended!

Its location was incredibly convenient for visiting the various places on my itinerary. What delighted me from the moment I arrived was the warm welcome from the receptionist, Lisa; the swift check-in process, combined with her bright smile and attentive care, instantly melted away any travel stress. I had experienced travel delays and arrived at the hotel late, but the reception staff made us feel right at home with their smiles and sincere welcome. The room was exactly what we had hoped for when planning the trip—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant every morning, which was the perfect start to the day. Both the food and the service were impeccable! The staff were always smiling and offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. If you are planning a trip to Cambodia, please do not hesitate to choose Sokha Hotel for your stay.

Nice spaces room was pleasant & clean with a beautiful view of the river from the bathroom as well. |From check in to check out, the receptionists, frontline staffs and restaurant staffs were friendly and helpful. Can't remember all their names....Lisa, Khema, Nich & the gang 😂|There were some renovation sounds in the room as part of maintenance work to keep the building safe and pleasant.

Mr. Lina personally helped us select a beautiful room with a great view and also provided us with a very good VIP room rate. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. I would also like to give a special thank you to Mr. William, the Chief Engineer, who personally assisted us when we had an issue with the spa machine in the hotel. He was very helpful and made sure the problem was fixed promptly so we could enjoy the facilities without any further inconvenience. The excellent service from Mr. Lina and Mr. William made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests are greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel and look forward to staying here again. Thank you, Mr. Lina and Mr. William, for your outstanding hospitality!

Everyone was kind and professional, especially the Service Supervisor, Mrs. Long Socheat, and the receptionist, Long Srey Nuon.Chansita Thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.
