So here’s a few things I will tell you that are bad. The only thing I didn’t like was that the food there wasn’t much selection. It was more of like a lunch like they had cereal they had milk they had bread. They had some fruit fruits, but the only thing breakfast wise is they had bacon and sausage sometimes they had eggs. They had a lot of lunch foods. The chicken noodle soup they had is fire. I highly recommend it. EDIT: management informed me that they do eggs on demand. Disregard. You can get scrambled eggs, hard, boiled eggs, and fried eggs. Here’s the plus it’s clean room service is great. The people are very nice and welcoming. The spa is great. The massage was amazing. I didn’t catch her name, but she was great. Next time I come back. I’m gonna get another couple massages from her. This hotel is next to the walking street. You really do not hear them that much unless you step outside but in your room, you will not hear it. I think I might’ve heard one yell for the 7 days I was there. The security guards out there are amazing. Next time your walking around, make sure you pick up something for them to drink. Those guys are great. Be careful on the pier I had someone tried to steal, stealing my phone other than that I had no issues There’s a 7-Eleven walking distance if you take a right out of the hotel it’s right there. There’s not that much of a selection compared to Thailand and they do not accept cards and they do not break change. If you need change or to break money or to just be able to use your card for snacks, there’s a supermarket close by just type in supermarket and it’s three minutes away. I’m definitely coming back here.

Excellent location for bars & restaurants. Near the Mekong River night market & river cruise. Good & clean hotel. Friendly staff. Roof top swimming pool. Value for money.

Honestly one of the most comfortable bed/pillow combinations I’ve ever had at a hotel. A/C is nice and cold and easy to control, giant walk in shower, separate private toilet area. The location is difficult to beat, security out front, incredibly friendly and attentive staff at the front desk and throughout the building. A few things that could be improved: for a four star hotel having the mini fridge hanging off the side of counter is not only a bad look, it’s a safety/liability issue, what if it fell on someone, what if it fell on a kid? The other issue is a significant bird problem at the pool area. They caged in some of the roof to prevent nesting, but there will be about 10+ birds at a time using the pool as a drinking source and washing themselves like a giant bird bath. This turns into a hygienic and sanitary issue where you have people swimming in the water that’s essentially a giant city bird bath. I totally understand bird management can be tricky and costly, there are not a lot of single solutions. Hawk and Owl statues work if you keep moving them around, landing spikes work on roof edges but obviously not on the side of an infinity pool. Putting up wires or a net could ruin the view. I don’t blame the management or staff it’s just something that could use more attention. And like others stated the construction noise is brutal but is fully out of the hotel’s control.

Spent 4 enjoyable days here in June 2026. The room ticked all the boxes. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom were spacious enough, very clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good with an egg station and noodle station. I enjoyed the Cambodian Noodles and the poached eggs. The pool area was excellent with afternoon shade, bar and food service and comfortable seating. The downside of the pool area was adjacent construction, where they were up to the same floor as the Sun and Moon pool and the sounds of construction were constant and earsplitting from 8:00am to 4:00pm - the tune of SEA. If this is a concern to you maybe a phone call before booking is a good idea. I booked directly with the hotel and was able to negotiate a great low season deal with the assistant sales manager. He was easy to deal with and very keen to secure a very reasonable low season booking. The rest of the staff at the hotel were also polite, efficient and accomadating. The location on Street 136 puts you into the middle of the nightlife and red light district. You can't hear it in the rooms but it is in your face when leaving the hotel in the evening and night time. If this is not for you then there are many great alternatives within walking distance in both directions along the riverside.

I stayed here a few different times over the course of a couple weeks with several colleagues. Overall it was a fantastic stay! -The service is top notch. Everyone working was so kind, and by the second day they all greeted me by name. So sweet! -The rooms were comfortable- not quite as nice as they looked online, but still good. There was a bit of inconsistency among rooms- a few of us had issues with showers (broken showerheads, clogged drains), so maybe check your room before committing. I LOVE that they have universal chargers, so you don't need to worry about pulling out your electric adapter! They provided robes, slippers, and basic toiletries. -The included breakfast was amazing! So many choices. The best by far were the Khmer breakfast noodles- I still dream of returning just to eat those! -We ate dinner at the restaurant a couple times. The food is pretty good, though a little pricey for the area. My highlight was the fish amok. They have both Cambodian and international choices. -The location is close to a lot of great sightseeing. You can walk to the riverfront, the night market, the national palace,. etc. The only bad is that the street the hotel is on is lined with bars where there is some seedy activity going on, even in the middle of the day but worse at night. I think I would have been uncomfortable if my kids were with me. -The airport pickup was convenient and easy to navigate. -The spa was great- very affordable and I enjoyed my massage! - I didn't go in the pool, but I did sit beside it for awhile. It is lovely up there on the rooftop! Overall, I'll happily stay here again (though maybe not if my kids are with me, because of the nearby seedy activity)

Nice hotel, but right in the middle of the red light district. Ok if that's what you want, but not nice as a family when you constantly get called to when leaving the hotel for a look around. Noisy rooms also due to the area. The staff are lovely and helpful though, and provided transport to their sister hotel to use their facilities free of charge.

I stayed in this excellent property for a month straight. After staying for two weeks, I was impressed and extended my stay. A special thanks goes to Mr. Panharoth Vuthy, the reception team, the manager and all the other hotel staff. They did everything to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The food choices are outstanding and the pool and gym are beyong expectations. All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone. It offers value for money and the location is central. The rooms are modern and it felt like home.

Let me say first that the guest room was very nice and the location is in a great location for restaurants, markets and nightlife. But the construction noise....all day from 8am-5pm. They did notify me in advance that the pool would not be available (no problem because I wouldn't have used it anyway) but the noise was a surprise. I didn't complain to the front desk because I'm certain they've been getting hammered by guests daily and it's not their fault. I do hold ownership accountable though for selling me a room and not notifying me of the noise. That's why I gave the hotel a 3 bubble review instead of a 5.
