The neighborhood is a bit dodgy but once i entered the hotel it looked really nice. They welcomed us with icy towels and delicious cold tea. Our room didnt really have a view but the room itself was nice, the bed comfortable and the bathroom quite big. The view from the 17. floor -where the pool is- is really good. There were some constructions going on but it was alright. Staff was extremely friendly, especially the Captain Restaurant:) The breakfast.. you can order from the menu and there is at least 15 kinds of things you can eat. I was happy with the breakfast for sure.

Staff are very good and friendly. Room was a good size with all facilities you could want. Bathroom was also decent but water pressure in the shower was terrible. For me the buffet breakfast is a real highlight as you can fill yourself up for a large part of the day! Pool are is ok but could probably do with a redesign as it isn’t great for lounging and relaxing. The location is ok but a little walk to anywhere really. Otherwise a very good standard of hotel.

I booked this hotel because of the pictures and was terribly disappointed. I always book hotels with a pool as swimming helps my back pain an this pool looked fine. |It was green…. It should be drained or condemned. The bed was rock hard. |In four days there was no maid service. No towels changed or offered. That may be because there is no staff.|There are many options in Phnom Penh Choose a different one.

Small hotel in out of the way area.17 floors with 1 lift makes it interesting. Poor rooms like concrete cells. Many have no view with close wall outside. Decor poor, cleaning iffy, staff not very helpful, breakfast rubbish. Roof top pool very small. Sky bar = seats at side of pool with no bar on this level (nice view though). Avoid if you have a choice in my opinion.

Beautiful rooftop pool and nice people but the TV didn't work properly and they couldn't fix it after two days. My husband finally improved it by tightening the cable on the last night of our stay. No hot water and cleaning staff didn't give us replacement toilet paper. I had to call the front desk every night to address an issue and I've never done that. I'd pay extra and get a better place.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our tour. Our first room was very disappointing, no light in the bathroom, no chain on the door and decorating seemed not to be finished. After seeing another couples room we decided to ask to be moved to another room. Luckily they had a spare toom they could move us to. The second room couldnt have been more different. Lovely room including a corner bath in the room and a separate shower room. The Roof Top bar is no longer there but the restaurant/bar is only on the floor below so can buy drinks and take up. Swimming pool and loungers, tables and chairs up. Lovely view. The breakfast was a tad lacking in choice. Wasn't very impressive. I do want to say a special thank you to the staff on reception who immediately transferred us to the 2nd room and were so helpful. But cannot understand why we were put in the first room which was so obviously not up to standard, in the first place. Not a bad location, lots of tuk tuks outside the hotel. Hotel is in the middle of refurbishment so a few months on it may be a complety different place to stay.

Decent business class hotel with clean, comfortable rooms but the power in my room sometimes goes off randomly. The young staff members were very nice but the older ones were surly and when I asked one of them for an extra pillow, he told me they were out. I called back half an hour later, talked to someone else and got a pillow. The breakfast buffet was quite mediocre compared to other similarly priced hotels in the city

I had the Landmark King room which has 1 king bed. Very comfortable bed, room and bathroom nothing to quibble with. The water pressure was just right and I could control the air conditioning so I really enjoyed my stay. The pool is on the small side, but enough for a decent swim. I like that it's in the shade in the afternoon. Staff were unfailingly polite and willing to help. I had a really comfortable and relaxing stay.
