We had a lovely couple of weeks at this resort in our little family. We chose it because of how dedicated the attention is towards children, from having a separate check-in for them to providing child-friendly amenities in the rooms, a separate splash area near the restaurant and 2 separate kids clubs indoors. Our little one was very happy. And for the parents, we enjoyed really good service overall - we enjoyed the menus at the restaurant/bar, the spa offering was decent and reception was always very helpful with any queries. I want to give a special shoutout to several members of staff that made our stay comfortable: Reception team: Tina Nadear Grace May Dining team: Cartoon Gun Kier Spa team: Parn V Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We would definitely be back.

This is a beautiful resort with the most lovely staff. Nothing was too much for them and we were very appreciative of their hard work and how kind they were. We had some illness/health issues arise and the staff were very kind and helped with getting a doctor and doing what they could to help. The pools are lovely- the swim up bar is fab again with such nice staff! It’s a really good hotel for kids. We were upgraded to a family room and my daughter (4yo) was thrilled to see a little tent, some toys, a welcome pack and even a little step stool in the bathroom for her. There is a great kids club and good choices for them food wise. The rooms are really nice but I do need to add that there seems to be an issue with the aircon throughout. We’re not sure why, but the humidity really affects the AC and our room was absolutely dripping with condensation- even the bedding and walls were wet. Other family members medication packets disintegrated from being so damp. I was fortunate enough to get a dehumidifier for our room which I had on 24/7 and was emptying the tank every few hours as it was full of water. It seemed to be a hotel-wide issue and should be looked into as it’s not safe in terms of making the floors slippery. We were there for 10 days and if I hadn’t been provided with the dehumidifier I would have had to move us. But am grateful to the staff for helping us. The only other thing that I would warn people of is that there is a huge amount of steps. We were with my elderly dad who ended up being quite unwell/weak and we found it very hard to get him around. There’s steps into everything, inside and outside, and he couldn’t access the main pool as it was up so many stairs. So that’s something to take note of/be prepared for. It’s a great workout if you’re able bodied! The hotel itself is atop a very steep hill so use the tuk tuks to get around. Again, the staff should be commended for their excellent friendly service and for how caring they were. Thank you 🙏🏽

The staffs are welcoming and friendly. Room service is fast. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis. Showers are working well, just have to wait a while for hot water. Since I visited on low month, I was given a free room upgrade which I appreciate a lot. I travel with 2 young kids and the bigger room does help. The hotel staff also tried their best to give us our request such as connecting room and nearby room. There are no disposable toothbrush and razor though, but can be easily purchased outside. The swimming pool is spilt into 3 segments. However, the kids pool may need some refurbishment as the floor already started peeling off and size of the pool is on the smaller side. The larger pool is 1.3m deep which may not be too suitable for toddler who can't swim well yet. They do have kids club which has activity for kids (some need to pay) but I did not have the time for those. One point to note is that in order to reach the hotel on foot, one will need to ascend a very steep hill which is tough for young kid or elderly. The nearest restaurant or convenience store requires us to ascend/descend the steep hill. On the bright side, they do provide shuttle bus to Kata beach which is about 2-3minutes away, every 30 minutes.

We are a family of 4 with a 2 and 3 year old and it is so important to us that we stay somewhere that is family friendly. Not only did we find this hotel family friendly, but it also has some of the best children’s facilities we have seen in Thailand. The hotel has a full children’s soft play, and a full weekly timetable of activities such as yoga, bracelet making, gaming, etc. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the hotel even offers a shuttle service as it is located on a hill. The pool was clean and there is also a splash pad area and sand pit for the kids. We were full board, and I loved that the food wasn’t buffet style, we could order our dishes from the menu. I would go back for the beef massaman alone. The room was spacious and had a bath, a bed for the kids and some toys and toiletries set out for them. Staff were lovely and friendly, especially Mae on reception and Tat in the canopy. This hotel is a great luxurious option for families with children who want to feel welcome and catered for. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a wonderful family stay of two and a half weeks. The hotel has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and all the staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Our kids especially loved the swimming pool and had so much fun with the underwater scooters available to rent. The food was also delicious, with plenty of tasty options, and we particularly enjoyed the evenings when they had live music, which created a great atmosphere. The cocktails at the Canopy Bar were also fantastic and made the evenings even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the GM, Massimo, who was always very helpful and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. We truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

It was such a comfortable and delightful stay! We stayed in a family room, and everything was beautifully and perfectly set up. We had both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Dinner was absolutely delicious—I ate so much!—and I really enjoyed the happy hour. The breakfast selection was also amazing with plenty of variety. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, playroom, and kids' club. All the staff members were polite and provided excellent service. We truly hope to come back again!

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent – the lobby, pool, rooms, location, cleanliness, service, and food. The kids’ playroom was amazing, and there were different activities planned for children almost every hour, which kept them happy and entertained throughout our stay. A special thank you to Den and Bam for their warm hospitality and helpful nature. They made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back again. 😊

An excellent stay overall! The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional throughout. The reception team went above and beyond by upgrading both of our rooms to family rooms to comfortably fit our four children, which we truly appreciated. A special mention to the housekeeping team who beautifully decorated our room and surprised us with a complimentary cake to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary — a truly thoughtful and memorable touch. The only minor drawback was a slight musty smell in the rooms, which is understandable given Thailand's high humidity this time of year, and not something the hotel can easily control. Would highly recommend and hope to return!
