Tripadvisor· a month agoOur stay at The Nai Harn Phuket was truly outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the room set up was beautifully prepared.|The dining experience was a major highlight. The restaurant offers a stunning view that makes both breakfast and dinner unforgettable. The food quality was top-notch with great taste in every dish.|What sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They provide instinctive, personalized service and remembered us, as well as our favorite food and drinks. The spa team was also excellent, showing great attitudes and skill.|We felt right at home throughout our entire stay. We cannot wait to return

Google· Edited 3 months agoHaving experienced many luxury hotels, I can genuinely say that The Nai Harn Phuket stands out for all the right reasons. From the seamless arrival to the heartfelt farewell, every detail reflected genuine care and exceptional hospitality. The breathtaking views of Nai Harn Beach, beautifully appointed rooms, thoughtful welcome amenities, outstanding dining, creative cocktail experiences, and one of the best spas I’ve visited made this an unforgettable stay. What truly sets The Nai Harn apart is its people. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every little detail create an experience that feels both luxurious and deeply personal. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making this such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning and will happily recommend The Nai Harn to anyone visiting Phuket.

Google· 3 months agoWe had a wonderful stay at The Nai Harn as a couple. The hotel is beautifully located with stunning views and a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, well-maintained, and most importantly, we slept extremely well every night thanks to the comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and the overall experience felt luxurious and relaxing. It’s the perfect place for couples looking to unwind and enjoy the quieter side of Phuket. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast experience. While the food selection was good, there were quite a lot of flies in the breakfast area, which made dining a little less enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return to The Nai Harn in the future.

Google· 2 months agoViews and proximity to the beautiful Nai Harn beach set The Nai Harn apart! Service was phenomenal from everyone we encountered. Right on the each with all beach amenities included. Pool views are breathtaking! Breakfast was the best I had in Phuket set over the top by the cold brewed coffees, Thai tea station, local honeys, and the made to order station. Upgraded to the Ocean Grand View room and definitely worth the view! Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, large walk-in shower with a skylight and a separate tub. I loved the bathroom could be opened to the rest of the room or separated.

Tripadvisor· a month agoIt was my second visit back to the Nai Harn Hotel & Resort and despite it being low season on this occasion, it did not disappoint. |It’s situated on a hillside overlooking a beautiful quiet beach, no jet skis, or power engine boats permitted. |Breakfast and dinner is excellent, cheeses, breads, charcuterie (cruelty free) yogurts etc all made fresh daily by the Catering Team … and it’s evident in the taste. |The Staff help make this Resort exceptional, friendly and warm and always eager to communicate to improve your stay. |We did have a technical issue with our room, however our replacement room more than made up for the inconvenience of moving. It exceeded our expectations. |It’s a short taxi or Bolt ride from Kata and Karon Beach for more nightlife should you wish or Patong a little further on. |Mr Frank Grassmann the General Manager thoughtfully arranged Beach Towels and a Breakfast Box for our sunrise boat trip. |This Hotel has earned its 5 Stars and we will be looking forward to returning …

Google· 4 months agoWe spent several nights at The Nai Harn and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is hard to beat, with beautiful views over Nai Harn Beach and easy access to the water. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a fantastic terrace where we spent a lot of time just enjoying the view. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and breakfast each morning was excellent. What stood out most was the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel—it feels luxurious without being overly formal. We'd happily stay here again on a future trip to Phuket. Definitely make a trip to Rock Salt!

Google· 2 months agoWe had a wonderful 4 nights stay this week. It’s low season which means the areas around Nai Harn and Rawai are relatively quiet and relaxing, but the resort stood out by providing top notch service. Special mention to the friendly team at Cosmo where we had breakfast each morning and the prompt, efficient housekeeping team who left our room spotless each morning. We also enjoyed yoga on the beach at 7am although it was rather annoying that some guests arrived fashionably late and without pre-booking. Overall, this is the place to stay if you want a refreshing change from the crowded touristy areas of Phuket

Google· 2 months agoThe hotel is located right by the beach, and the beautiful scenery impressed me from the moment I arrived. The location is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone greeted guests with a smile and a polite bow whenever we passed by, which made us feel truly appreciated. I loved the warm and friendly atmosphere, and it made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The balcony was also large with the nice ocean view, although the design of the balcony were a little plain. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast buffet. Personally, I didn’t find the cooked dishes very appealing, and there wasn’t much that suited my taste. However, my husband really enjoyed the Western-style frozen breakfast options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really loved this hotel. I would definitely come back if I visit Phuket again.
