Spacious, perfectly appointed down to an excellent tea box. No cable but tv offered large choice of music. The Jazz was right on. Quality furniture and bed. Comfy pillows of choice. Lovely tub. And next door to Mocky's. Best pie shop in town.Couldn't have picked a better spot. Oh pool looked a bit small? Too busy to use.

Very well situated but no service as no reception. We booked a 2 bedroom unit for 5 people, the second bedroom had 2 single beds not great for a couple, we had to move the beds together ourselves. The lounge was more than adequate, however the cleaning could do with some attention as it was very dirty. Insufficient coffee and sugar and as no reception we had to buy our own coffee and sugar. Garage height warning sign was considerably lower than it stated and scraped the top of my car on exit. We learnt to stand there and hold it up when exiting

Apartment was reasonably spacious with easy access to street. Room was a little dated but service and cleanliness was excellent.

Location was very handy- only one issue was the noise of the bin collection outside the window at 6am - but that is not the hotels fault. Communication with the hotel was great and loved that they asked if we had a preference for our bed set up (we had a 2 bedroom apartment) Was a great touch to have the air conditioning already on for our arrival. A few minor maintenance things (ie curtain coming off rail and some locking issues of patio door) but it is an older property. We really enjoyed our stay, and the lovely pool and pool area also.

I chose this hotel for myself and 2 cousins (3 girl cousins trip) as we needed a 2 bedroom apartment, close to cafes and shops and with a lift as 2 of my companions have mobility restrictions. This was exactly what we needed! Every interaction with staff was professional and extremely helpful. We were allocated the perfect suite for our needs on staff’s recommendation. It was very clean and neat with a lovely street view. Except for the occasional door banging shut we didn’t hear other guests as the walls are very thick and our room was very quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others. It was surrounded by fabulous cafes and restaurants too!

Had a weekend in a 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable and clean. The pool is nice but a little small. We were able to us the pool in the Mantra Heritage next door as well. Our room overlooked the street which had a few noisy restaurants with outdoor areas which was the only downside. Couldn't fault it for convenience.

In peak season during school holidays there was never anyone at reception and you had to wait for someone from a nearby Mantra to come when you wanted anything. Rooms were also very noisy with no sound proofing

I had to make a very quick trip to Port Douglas for a funeral. The Mantra Village was available, reasonably priced and very well located. The communication via text was friendly and helpful. The staff were flexible with my check-in time. My room was tidy and really central andbjust what I needed after an overnight flight.
