Nice clean comfortable hotel rooms. Shame that they accommodate too many children. In all fairness I was there for 3 nights the first 2 very good but on the last night, they must of put all the children on my floor. These children are at an age were they simply don't have the brain capacity to think. They were banging doors making noise till around 5 in the morning thus meaning I struggled to sleep. I did call down to reception to notify them earlier in the evening, to state I believe there is going to be a problem with these children through the night, obviously nothing was done because the noise continued. I understand that it's all about filling up the rooms, because it's more money for the hotel but if they are going to have youngsters, maybe it should just be an hotel for them only . In the future for future guests these children need supervision, this is surely the only way this would work if you are too continue to accommodate all different age groups.

It was fine. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The room had no fridge, glass or kettle. Or any personality. You have to take a taxi or public transport to get anywhere fun.

Awesome hotel! Super friendly and always ready to help staff. Breakfast has a lot of variety and the rooms are always clean. Good location with direct in front of the door public transport that will take you directly to the city centre. Pet friendly too! Wouldn’t change anything!

It is halfway between the airport and downtown, there is nothing around it so if you want to have dinner better to order. It is very visible that the hotel was an office building before. Very basic but good for 1-2 nights.

Absolutely miserable experience , the morning breakfast caused some sort of indigestion at the stomach. I was finding bugs in the bed and there was no fridge in the room , also the cleaning service threw out my food

Regarding the presence of insects, it is important to note that, especially at certain times of the year, they can enter the rooms when windows are left open. Even so, the situation would have been promptly checked by our staff if it had been reported during your stay. Regarding the mini-fridge, this equipment is only available in Premium room categories, as described in the information and amenities presented at the time of booking. Finally, regarding food, we clarify that our housekeeping team only removes items that are deposited in the trash can. Food or objects that are properly stored in the room are not removed. Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh . Not impressed with this place !

We had a wonderful stay at the Star Inn Hotel Porto during our recent visit to Porto. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The gentleman on reception (Ruben) couldn’t have been more helpful—friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing stay. We had a great night’s sleep each evening, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a lovely experience and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Porto.

Excellent cost-benefit, and they have breakfast included. Clean, well-equipped rooms, helpful and quick service. It was a great stay and I will certainly take it into consideration for a future stay in Porto.
