It was okay to stay here, the room and bed are very small but ok and location is perfect. However, we could hear the noise from the street and didn’t have a proper window so it was difficult to get fresh air and sleep. I did my laundry and a shirt came back destroyed. I asked if they could do anything about it and they only said sorry. I would expect at least not to pay for the laundry service. The breakfast could be better as the bread I had was very hard and dry.

Rooms were spacious, however noise travelled a bit if you've got noisy neighbours around. Bathroom was clean, breakfast was simple but had variety and the location was good easy walk into town. Was always greeted with a smile by the staff who were always willing to help. The WiFi signal was very good throughout the hotel.

My travel agent booked me 2 nights in this hotel. Rooms were clean and relatively well protected from the noise coming from the street. Service and all staff were helpful and friendly. Truly. Location is top feature of the hotel. Nonetheless, had troubles getting hot water for the shower in this cold climate. So, will have to deduct the point out of my review.

The hotel was in a great location, right next to the center of the plaza, which made it easy to get around. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the service was friendly and reliable. Breakfast was not bad and changed daily, which was a nice touch. There were also some good dinner options nearby, making the overall stay pleasant and convenient.

Good location, very good breakfast - they serve pancakes! Got room with no window and no fresh air, which kind of a real problem on the 3800 altitude. They should really have separate rooms with different description and probably separate price - with window and without. Because you really don't receive what you expect from the photos.

Really nice hotel. Room and bathroom were bigger than many others we stayed in Peru. Really close to the main town square. Breakfast had plenty of buffet options and had a postbox in the hotel (really helpful for sending postcards and rarely seen in hotels these days). Staff were friendly and helpful when required.

This hotel is a bit rundown. The room was small and dingy looking, but serviceable. On the plus side, the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast was so-so. The location is convenient to the main square, but with all the one-ways it seems the tourist vans often will not stop directly in front of the hotel.

Positives: Nice warm and clean showers. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise to disturb us at night. Our room had a little TV screen with a desk and wardrobe. The location was good and central making it easy to walk everywhere. Staff were extremely polite and spoke English. The breakfast had a variety of food with options for everyone. This place is GREAT value for money, we highly recommend it. Negatives: None.
