The rooms are very well designed and kept very clean throughout your stay. There are so many pools and staff are very attentive especially the bar staff. Sexy black the best. Tutti Frutti, and Tarzan had great entertainment services and it made it very fun. All in all great resort!

Amazing resort.|The location is beautiful..gorgeous beach. Clean, beautiful pools.|Fun activities in the day.|Great entertainment in the evening. |Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Several restaurants to choose from. We return because we enjoy every trip! Staff is friendly and professional. Some that provided exceptional service..|Rafael in front lobby goes beyond our expectations every visit.|Jose the dancer in shows is extremely talented..always engaging..makes the show unforgettable! Dani had us participate in daily pool activities..so fun. Sexy Black was our aqua aerobics instructor..incredible class we will be taking again. Gloria our waitress was so friendly and accommodating.

We had an amazing experience at this resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Helen at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly made a difference. Employees like Helen are the reason guests want to come back. Anthony the best, Carlos, Ania, Fidelina,Jose Luis, Axel in the Boca Chica pool, excellent service. The room was perfect, with love it! The girl in the Chinese restaurant was polite. The check in was smooth. But the golf cart and “train” transportation was a nightmare. The beach beautiful and clean.

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Palladium Bávaro, and one of the highlights of our holiday was the fantastic entertainment team. A special thank you to Dani and Edgar, who were absolutely brilliant throughout our stay. They brought so much energy, enthusiasm and fun to every activity, always encouraging everyone to get involved without ever being pushy. Whether it was the daytime games, pool activities or evening entertainment, they made every event enjoyable and created such a great atmosphere. They were both incredibly friendly, approachable and always took the time to chat with guests, making everyone feel welcome and included. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do, and their enthusiasm is contagious. Dani and Edgar are a real credit to the hotel, and they played a huge part in making our holiday so memorable. Our stay at Grand Palladium Select exceeded our expectations! At the beginning of our vacation, we experienced a few issues, but the hotel addressed them immediately. A special thank you to Rafael, who took great care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. We truly appreciate all of his support. The service, food, and overall infrastructure were excellent. One thing we especially loved is that the villas are spread throughout the beautiful grounds, so you naturally spend more time walking and enjoying the scenery instead of staying in one main building. The entire resort is lush, tropical, incredibly well maintained, and full of beautiful greenery. Everywhere you look is picturesque. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Our favorite restaurants were Adelita, El Dorado (they served the best steak of our trip!), and the Spanish restaurant, which was also absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. Thank you to the entire Grand Palladium Select team for making our family vacation so enjoyable!

I had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Select Collection. The resort was beautiful, the staff were lovely and welcoming, and there was always something to do. The food was great and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. This was my first time visiting the Dominican Republic and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d definitely love to come back!
