⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Birthday Celebration at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort Punta Cana From the moment my wife and I arrived at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort Punta Cana, we were treated like royalty. We were celebrating a very special occasion—my 50th birthday and my wife’s birthday (we’re just two days apart)—and the entire team went above and beyond to make it one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. A very special thank you to Jomal, the manager in The Level, whose kindness and generosity set the tone for our entire stay. He surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade in honor of our birthdays, making us feel truly valued and celebrated from the very beginning. Then we met Juaneiri Moto, who is nothing short of an angel from God. We had hoped to experience The Level, and she blessed us with an incredible offer that included a stunning beachfront room with breathtaking ocean views and a complimentary bottle of champagne. While we waited to check in, we were welcomed with refreshing lemonade, and every detail made us feel special. Waking up just steps from the beach to witness the most spectacular sunrises and ending each day with breathtaking sunsets is something we’ll never forget. Our dining experiences were equally extraordinary. A heartfelt thank you to our waiter Juan at Quimera, who created a priceless birthday memory by arranging an unforgettable dinner on the beach. It was one of the most romantic and meaningful evenings we’ve ever shared. We also want to recognize Franklin, Mario, and Miguel, whose outstanding service, professionalism, and warm personalities made every meal a pleasure. The hospitality didn’t stop there. The wonderful hostesses Albania and Darisleidy greeted us every day with beautiful smiles, warm hugs, and genuine joy. They made us feel like family, and by the end of our stay they even wanted to take a picture with us because we had built such a wonderful connection. Those are the moments that make a vacation truly special. A huge thank you as well to all of the golf cart drivers, especially Aldo, who always went out of his way to make getting around the resort easy and enjoyable—even picking us up directly from our beachfront room. Every interaction reflected the exceptional customer service that defines this resort. This vacation was more than just a getaway—it was a celebration we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. The beauty of the resort is breathtaking, but what truly makes Meliá Caribe Beach Resort extraordinary is its people. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had such a lovely stay at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort! We travelled from the UK to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday, and the hotel made our holiday extra special. We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful suite in The Level, which was such a lovely surprise! A special thank you to Jouse Sandoval, who was absolutely wonderful, and Oliver from the food bar, who was so friendly and welcoming. Both helped make our stay even more memorable. The resort is beautiful, and we’ve made some amazing memories as a family. Thank you to everyone at Meliá for such a wonderful holiday! ❤️

Our extended family of 14 (8 adults and 6 children) stayed for 7 days at the Level!! After one week, we didn’t want to leave!! The staff are amazing, the food is beyond incredible, our rooms were clean and had WAY more room than we needed!! Our favourite part was the staff at the Level Riviera!! They treated our family like royalty! We loved Perfecto #1, German, Roman, Dargenis, and all the lovely ladies and gentlemen who worked tirelessly each and every day!! THANK YOU LEVEL MELIÁ for an incredible holiday!!

Taurus Restaurant: John Belen and his staff were amazing. Food was delish. Great customer service and a wonderful Old Fashion that John makes himself! Don't miss it! KidsDom Elizabeth was very nice and professional. The area is very nice and clean, full of toys and entertainment. You drop off your child and can hang out right out side, very safe.

We had an amazing experience at Meliá Caribe Beach! A huge thank you to German, Perfecto,Kevin and the hostess at the Riviera Buffet. They were so kind and welcoming to our family, especially our kids, who started calling them their friends and wanted to eat there every day just to see them. The food was consistently delicious, and every meal made us feel truly welcome. We also want to thank Anyerina, our Level concierge, for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. She was always attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making our family feel so special. We can't wait to come back!

What an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and cared for. The therapist was exceptionally professional, skilled, and attentive to every detail. The peaceful atmosphere made it so easy to relax, but the real difference was how I felt afterward. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely renewed. The stress and tension I had been carrying were gone, and I felt like a new person. It wasn’t just a massage—it was a true reset for both my body and mind.
