It was a good trip but not my favorite resort out of the 9 times I have been there. Rooms were nice but very damp(the floors were actually wet). Food was good! Service was good. Entertainment was just ok and was disappointed by the amount of activities at the pool. One large turn off was the only pool with the swim up bar was super small and packed with people. I would have expected the bigger pool to have the bar or maybe the two pools connected. We typically spend a ton of time in the pool with the swim up but our group of 10 did not go in that pool once!

From the overpowering smell of cigarettes and marijuana to the astonishing indifference of the staff, this hotel was a profound disappointment. Hospitality seems to be an afterthought here. At times, it genuinely felt as though the staff couldn’t have cared less whether guests were present, comfortable, or satisfied. 4 total staff members were amazing and we are thankful for them. The service was inattentive, the atmosphere unpleasant, and the overall experience fell dramatically short of what anyone should reasonably expect from an upscale hotel. Especially staying as Elite guest. Perhaps the most remarkable part is that this property considers itself a 5-star hotel. A five-star designation should represent exceptional service, attention to detail, professionalism, and an elevated guest experience. What I experienced bore little resemblance to any of those standards. There is a significant difference between presenting yourself as a luxury hotel and actually delivering a luxury experience. Unfortunately, this property seems far more invested in the former than the latter. For the time and money involved, there are far better ways to spend both. I would not recommend this hotel, and I certainly would not return.

The resort was great. The food was good. The staff were amazing. The only complaint I have was with my room. My room smelled like mold and everything was damp and felt wet. The Air Conditioner/ thermostat would only go down to 22 degrees Celsius (72 degrees Fahrenheit) and I am pretty sure it was not that cold in the room. I asked the front desk three different times to try to fix the issue and was told every time they would send a technician to the room to look at it. I never saw a technician, but in all fairness I was not in the room most days so I am unsure if they sent one or not. I do know that nothing ever changed and after three days I was tired of trying to get it fixed so I just dealt with it for the last 2 days of my 5 night stay. We were there with 2 other couples whose rooms were right next to ours who did not have this same experience. Their thermostat said 22 degrees Celsius and it was much cooler and not as humid. I would not have a single complaint otherwise. The resort as a whole was clean and well maintained and the all the staff were amazing, attentive, and friendly.

Loved it here, entertainment was good, good selection of food, alcohol drinks were good, cocktails were average, but the choice of spirits was good. The staff were amazing. Rooms were lovely and clean. The only downside was there were no designated smoking places. So had to move away from smokers often as the smoke was choking for a non smoker. (Must have been high season the time we were for smokers). Also I would make sure you get the room you pay for in the brochure as hotel and TUI do not seem to agree with each other and had to wait in another room overnight to get what we actually paid for moving again the next day. Once this was resolved we had a brilliant time. So thank you to all for a lovely time My last Thank you goes to the Tui reps they were both fantastic in sorting things out and being there everyday for people to feel at ease with.

We stayed for 8 days and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly, pleasant and always ready to respond. The food was delicious with a varierty to choose from. The drinks were tasty and with just the right amount of acohol and once the staff knew you well enough, you didn't even have to ask, they would wave at you with a thumbs up or down for a refill. We especially enjoyed tge nightly entertainment with varying themes and always plenty of music until late in the evening! I would recommend this resort any day💗

Overall good experience and great stay. I was hoping adults-only really meant adults and not just over 21 ..... thinking end of August was the low season but folks are still "OUTSIDE" with and without clothes. There was a man that came down to the dinner buffet with only a shirt and no pants or underwear whatsover. Was hoping security would have address it and walked him out or back to his room. The housekeeping mujer through my trash away in the toilet....the problem was it wasn't just paper it was plastic and other things that got stuck and never flushed. Thank goodness I had plastic gloves with me and fished it all out so my toilet did not over flow. Not happy about that! Other than that.... beautiful resort. Great staff!!! Love that all the RIU's are in one spot to hotel hop.

My wife and i just returned from a glorious week from this stunning resort. Everything was perfect, from the delicious food to great service from the wait staff who always had a smile on their face and were more than willing to cater to your needs. Special shoutouts to Ramon the bellboy who went above and beyond to find us a beautiful room after the first 2 smelled a little musty. Also, special shoutouts to Ozuna, Roosevelt and Bartolo who were excellent wait staff. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is thinking of going. You will not be disappointed. We already planning to return in the near future.
