After doing so much research on all inclusive hotels I decided to book here and I dont regret it, worth every penny. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with a genuine smile. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming but Amauris Porfirio went above and beyond. Since the moment we arrived he was the first one to help us out with our luggage, he took us to our room and explained how everything worked, handled every question we had about the hotel, he made us feel seen and welcomed. He offered a tour of the hotel since it was my first time there and I mentioned how my birthday was the following day and when I ran into him the next day for my dinner he wished me a happy birthday and gave me his best wishes. Very hard working and admiring person, he set the expectations for the rest of the staff and they met them. The food was great, they have a lot of options from room service, buffet, restaurants etc. The only down side was theres no spicy food lol. The rooms are clean and well maintained, beds are comfortable. The beach is also very beautiful and my favorite part was how secure I felt going to the beach at night. Theres always staff walking around and they are very strict on only letting hotel guests be in those areas.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Amazing Experience at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! The resort is beautiful, the atmosphere is amazing, and the level of service truly made our vacation unforgettable! A HUGE shoutout to our incredible butler, Yafriesy! He went above and beyond from start to finish, scheduling all of our activities, arranging dinner reservations, and making sure every detail was taken care of. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so special. He was always one step ahead and made our vacation completely stress-free! We also had some amazing servers, Sammy Sosa and Deylin, who provided exceptional service and made our experience even more enjoyable! Another special thank-you to Raphi, who took such great care of us during our private cabana days. The attention and hospitality from all of these individuals truly stood out! The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, and I would 100% recommend upgrading to Preferred Club! The added amenities, exclusive experiences, and upgraded service are top-notch and absolutely worth it! From the beautiful property to the incredible staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. It’s the people who truly make a resort special, and this team did exactly that! We would definitely return and highly recommend Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana, especially the Preferred Club experience! 🌴☀️❤️

I came to Secrets to celebrate my mother’s birthday and I’m very pleased with the service. I will be checking out in a few hours but I want to say that all the staff here work very hard and have amazing service. I want to shout out all the staff from Oceana, Hibachi, bartenders Celenia & Felix for their attention to details. Raphi at the beach was very helpful and is amazing. I want to give a huge shout out to Carlos for making sure my Mother’s 65th birthday was super special. I would definitely recommend and would come back! I love the preferred experience in having butler experience but I do suggest having more conceirge to support the demands of the service. We had one butler and there was an abrupt change but Carlos really stepped it up and listened to my concerns and helped me out. He understood the importance of making sure my mother had a great birthday.

LOVED our stay here at Secrets Royal Beach. The entertainment every night was fantastic. All the amenities are fabulous. Highly highly recommend paying the little extra for the preferred club as it is extremely worth it. It was such a nice bonus having access to the Dreams resort next door and all its preferred club amenities as well. We're pretty low maintenance guests, but our butler Alfredo was top-notch!! I would definitely return.

Our recent one-week stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana was absolutely excellent. From the delicious food at every meal to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is its incredible staff. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire trip. A few special team members made our vacation unforgettable: • Our Butler, Eddy: Eddy was phenomenal. He found us at least twice a day just to check in and make sure we had absolutely everything we needed. He went above and beyond by arranging a wonderful surprise birthday dinner for me, which made my celebration so incredibly special. • Dario (Preferred Club Beach Bar Bartender): Dario is a master at his craft! He serves up the absolute best Cupa Chino on the entire resort. Visiting him by the beach became a highlight of our daily routine. • Our Waitress, Gabrella at Oceana: We want to give a massive thank you to our waitress who took such amazing care of us almost every morning at Oceana, as well as at several different restaurants in the evening. Her excellent service and welcoming attitude made every meal a pleasure. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience in Punta Cana. We cannot wait to return!

Had a great time, the food was great and the rooms were nice. The beach was okay, as we expected as we’ve been to Punta Cana before. The staff is great, resort was kept clean and well maintained. Lots of chairs at pool and beach, never had any issue trying to find a spot. The cute cat is a plus for us too, we love animals. The best thing about DR is all the things you can do, we definitely recommend excursions. Had a blast doing UTV rides and visiting monkeyland.

Beautiful Resort, but Food and Drinks Could Be Better We loved our stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! The resort is modern, beautiful, and very clean, with a relaxing beach, gorgeous pools, and incredibly friendly staff. There were activities throughout the day, and the evening shows at 9 p.m. were a highlight, with something different every night! Unfortunately, the food and alcohol quality did not meet our expectations for a five-star resort. We often ended up eating basic options at the buffet, and we experienced headaches after drinking the alcohol. We also expected more freshly squeezed juices. Overall, a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere, but the food and drinks definitely need improvement to match the resort’s five-star standard.
