We had a wonderful stay at this charming small hotel. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well maintained. The staff were all so kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was beyond our expectation. We especially loved the social hour from 6:00 to 7:30 pm with free drinks. It was such a thoughtful idea and created a warm, relaxing atmosphere where guests could unwind and chat with each other.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 10 nights. All staff were super friendly and so accommodating. The service is very personalised- all staff knew us by name and treated us all so wonderfully. I really love the extra attention they pay to the children, it made them feel so special. Breakfast was exceptional and the chefs were so friendly and accommodating. The nightly canapés and drinks was a great way to unwind and mingle with other guests - sharing experiences and helping each other get the best tips for our stay. Our room was lovely - for 4 guests it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is positioned perfectly between the centre of town and the Gondala/Luge. The staff also provided us with so many handy tips on places to go and things to see. This was our first visit to Queenstown and will definitely not be our last. There is also laundry service available - which was very convenient. Highly recommend the Queenstown Park Hotel!

We loved our stay. The bed was big and comfortable. Just what we needed after a 4 day hike. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was perfect. The location is a very short and easy walk into the main area of Queenstown. Would love to come again.

We stayed at this boutique hotel for part of our honeymoon and wow this truly surprised us. Such a beautiful hotel stay, but what makes it better is the service & hospitality we had from Cam. Her energy & friendly accommodating nature was consistent in every interaction we had, no matter the time of day. I especially loved the social hour to connect with other guests & have a drink or two and/or canapés before our dinner reservations. It created such a warm comfortable atmosphere before our short walk into town. Breakfast was indeed exceptional, amazing variety & consistently good food & friendly staff. The value for money for this hotel is amazing & I would highly highly recommend! Thank you Cam & team for making our honeymoon so special.

We stayed here for over 10 days. You really get to know a place when you do. I have to say that what makes this hotel are the people. Excellent care from the staff and a call out to Julian's politeness and helpfullness. And Lucrezia and Cam. Nothing was too much trouble when asked. Positive and kind. A pity there were road works going on outside that blocked the view of the mountain but out of their control. Very good cooked breakfast although the standard coffee could be improved. Location excellent. Walking distance 3 minutes to centre but far away enough to have peace and quiet. Rooms clean but a little more care to repair welcome. Great location.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Queenstown Boutique Park Hotel in April. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. A special thank you to Julien, Sabrina, and Lou at the front desk for being so friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning. Chef Marv, Millo, and Mariel served high-quality food with great care and attention. One of our favourite parts of the stay was the lovely 6pm gathering each evening with drinks and finger foods — such a warm and enjoyable touch that made it easy to relax and meet other guests. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Queenstown.

We had a lovely stay in a Remarkables Junior Suite. There is nothing I would change about this room, it is spacious, cosy, has loads of storage, a tiny kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The bathroom is luxurious with a huge bath and a good shower (love a rainshower). I made great use of the warm and attractive gas fire. This is very well planned out accommodation. |Breakfast was good, some continental selections and a menu of cooked to order items, a very nice start to the day. An extra charge for barista coffee was disappointing though, particularly when the coffee from the machine was dreadful.|The staff were great, we mostly dealt with Lu and Camille, always friendly and helpful. |Overall though, this is a top hotel, a true boutique hotel, and I plan to stay again on my return to Queenstown.

With our room looking over the park to the Remarkables our room had front row seats to the sky divers landing in the park outside our window. A super comfortable bed in an extremely clean and luxurious room. The staff were attentive and friendly and made us feel as if they were there for us alone. Very tasty breakfasts accompanied by delicious smoothies. And although this hotel does not have a bar there are free drinks and canopy’s between 6pm-7pm which we enjoyed.|Well situated a short stroll across the park to all the attractions in town and just across the road from the gondola. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay.
