I love in this hotel the accessibility as it is close to Tahlia street. But what I love in this all is the friendliness of staff, on reception as on the F&B team. I would like to specify the amazing hospitality and smiles from a receptionist called Saad, smiles never leave his face and more than that he is very supportive. Cleaning person on day time is always active and maintaining the cleanliness Good job Saad keep it

Hi, I am your customer staying in room number 506 for the past 9 days. I was initially booked for 1 month but I asked my company to shift to another hotel nearby. Why ? so tomorrow 10 May was my last day of stay and after that I am shifting to a nearby hotel. |Firstly tell you the positives. The room is excellent, the room service staff, all are good and quality is excellent. I have only a bad experience from the Restaurant at the Mezannine floor. I had a stomach problem so I take 2 bananas daily. I asked the restaurant staff for bananas, they said it is not available. Next day when asked they said stock is not ordered and following days, same experience later they stopped even updating me and they seemed to have ignored the issue. I felt bad. I said I am going to stay here for 1 month and I need bananas and again they were totally ignorant. Also I notice, that their smiling and greeting was for only few selected customer and not for all. As today I decided to move out to another hotel, I just let the desk staff at the reception know this feeling. As a frequent traveller, I have stayed in many hotel and wanted to try Al Awfad. Tried and failed. You did not lose a Customer for bananas but for your careless and ignoring attitude. |Magesh|R No. 506.

We were invited for a private birthday dinner at Medyaf Restaurant and there was a good variety of dishes, the main course selections were delicious esp the kabsa rice, grilled chicken, mixed grilled meat also the desserts. The soup, arabic salads and appetizers hit were likewise a hit. The service was outstanding and commendable especially Sohan and Salman who were very attentive to our requests. Keep up the great service. :) We will surely come back for another private dinner bamquet.

I really appreciate how clean and well maintained the bathrooms and prayer rooms are. However, unfortunately, my experience with the swimming pool was very disappointing The pool water was extremely cloudy and dirty, and it was clear that the filtration system was not working properly. I came to swim with my friends, but the water was so unclear that none of us could comfortably continue, and I had to leave the pool before finishing my swim After getting out, I also noticed significant skin irritation and sensitivity on my body . I cannot say for certain that it was caused by the pool water, but it was concerning, especially considering the condition of the water I hope the management takes this issue seriously and checks the pool filtration and water quality before allowing guests to use it. A swimming pool should be clean, clear, and safe for visitors. The facilities themselves are nice, and the bathrooms and prayer rooms are clean, but unfortunately, the condition of the swimming pool made my overall experience very unpleasant

The staff there are very nice and friendly but Rooms are terrible And It’s a hassle to access the Hotel facilities As well Fridge doesn’t cool And the Showers are terrible
