I had a wonderful stay thanks to the hotel's prime downtown location and the exceptional customer service. Front desk agent checked us in early with a warm smile, and the valet team was incredibly fast and polite throughout our weekend getaway. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The unbeatable location and top-notch staff make this a place I would definitely choose again.

I was in the standard room and it was clean and good in general. Carpet is clean and feels new but room has vibe of being old. I wish AC controller was new and easy to use ( bit confusing and hard to navigate). Service was great overall everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent with good variety of options. Gym was good and there is tennis court. Not sute if they had spa. Shower water pressure was good.
