I really enjoyed my stay, especially the warm welcome and the excellent service from the reception team. In particular, Mr. Al Mutairi made a great impression. The arrival experience was excellent. As soon as I arrived, the bellboy came to assist with my luggage even before knowing that I am a Gold Member, which showed genuine hospitality. The check-in process took less than five minutes, and the receptionist welcomed me warmly and acknowledged my Gold Member status. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a suite, and the room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is to enable smart TV applications such as Netflix and other streaming services. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The view was amazing and definitely one of the highlights. There is also free parking available, covered with umbrellas, which is very convenient. The buffet could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety and quality. Also, the shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom were excellent, I would honestly recommend that the hotel consider selling them! A special thanks to Mohamed Al Tamimi for arranging such a nice room.

Eating alone can sometimes feel awkward, but Kabir made me feel completely welcome and valued tonight. He was incredibly attentive, guided me perfectly through the dinner menu, and made sure my service was seamless and timed perfectly. His exceptional care completely elevated my evening—highly recommended!

We were in Holiday Inn Meydan for 3 nights, from check in to check out everything was smooth, breakfast was rich. This hotel is about 7-8 minutes walk to metro station. Many restaurants by walking distance. Guys on reception were professional and always helpful (except one who is at night) housekeeping is 5 star, breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you all! A message to the manager, the man who was on the reception on 15th June night, his attitude and way of talking is very poor, he thinks he is superior (he is the reason we left Holiday Inn Meydan otherwise we were going to extend our stay)

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Holiday Inn location. The check-in process was quick as they allowed me for early check in, and the staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, but room size is average . The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of hot and fresh options. It is an excellent, reliable hotel for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

We did not stay on this hotel. My family and friends came here for their international dinner buffet. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing dining experience. Most, if not all, the food is considered as salty and it wasn’t just me; my family and friends noticed the same. The biggest issue, however, was the menu with shrimp. It had a near to spoil smell already. Serving seafood in that condition is a major safety concern. Management needs to constantly monitor the quality of the food being put out on the buffet line.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Riyadh Meydan for 26 days and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay. The hotel offers a comfortable and peaceful environment, especially for business travelers and long stays. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent and professional every day. The staff members were always courteous, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from check-in until checkout. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and professional. I also appreciated the prompt support from the reception and service teams whenever assistance was needed. A special thanks to the entire hotel team for their hospitality and professionalism during my stay. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Riyadh Meydan to anyone visiting Riyadh for business or family stay, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The only hotel in riyadh dedicated to their commitment in having dinner buffet and breakfast buffet. The rate are very reasonable. Other some 5stars surprised u by saying no breakfast buffet or no dinner buffet. The worst thing in this hotel is the swimming pool. Need better
