We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the welcoming entrance made a great first impression. The city view from our room was beautiful, and the room itself was calm, clean, and comfortable. ☺️😇 The only area for improvement would be the reception staff, who could have been a little more friendly and welcoming.🙂 Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Recommended!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hayat Hotel Riyadh Olaya. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was very supportive, helpful, responsive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. I especially appreciated the welcoming touch of **Arabic gahwa and dates**, which added a lovely local touch to the hotel experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again during my next visit to Riyadh.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The location was perfect, and my room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a truly lovely view. What really stood out, however, was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special thank you to IBRAHIM , the Night Manager, for his professionalism and warm hospitality. I would also like to thank JERILYN for the excellent service and attention throughout my stay. A very special mention goes to ANOUD, the Restaurant Manager, whose warm welcome, beautiful smile, and genuine hospitality made a real difference. I particularly appreciated her kindness in introducing me to the Food & Beverage Director. The breakfast was excellent—beautifully presented, very well organized, and with a great selection. The team was always attentive and ready to accommodate any request. I also appreciated how friendly and approachable everyone was, even taking the time to have a pleasant conversation while I was waiting for the hotel’s courtesy car. Overall, an exceptional level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be very happy to return. A big thank you to the entire team for making the experience so special.

I had a wonderful breakfast, and the staff—Joseph, Gemmalyn, Sharmaine, Marlon, Pravin, and Cherry—were very accommodating, kind, and attentive. From the entrance, they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome right away. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection of freshly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, fluffy pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, and hot coffee. Everything was well-stocked and served promptly, and the team was always ready to assist with anything we needed. This is actually one of my favorite breakfast buffets, and it was not our first time here—they never fail to meet my expectations. The place is very clean, with a nice ambience that makes the whole experience even better.

From the moment of arrival, the reception team provided a seamless and welcoming check-in process that set a wonderful tone for the stay. The staff ( specially Sheena , in the resturant ) remained consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring that every request was met with genuine professionalism. Each morning, the breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety of fresh selections that catered to every plate perfectly. The entire experience felt thoughtfully curated to provide comfort and relaxation throughout the visit. Upon checkout, the departure was just as efficient and pleasant as the initial greeting.

This was, without a doubt, one of the most exceptional hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived for our honeymoon package, everything was handled with absolute perfection. The level of service was truly outstanding—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay feel special and effortless. A huge thank you to Mr. George, Abdulaziz, Yahya, and Biju, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. The facilities were top-tier: the pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the jacuzzi, sauna, and fully equipped gym added so much value to our experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed for comfort and luxury. The view was simply breathtaking—something we’ll never forget. Waking up to such a spectacular scene made our honeymoon even more magical. And the breakfast… absolutely incredible. A wide variety of delicious options, all fresh and perfectly prepared—it was the perfect start to each day. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. This hotel exceeded every expectation and created memories we will cherish forever. Highly, highly recommended!
